The food was as you’d expect from a high-end Taco Bell. One thing I’d like to share is the lady in drive thru AND at the window were very upbeat and happy. They had great energy and called me “sweetie”. Which I’m here for!

By far the best Taco Bell around. The food is fresh and piping hot and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Love it here.

Through my long bouts of depression where my life was in chaos. The one thing I could always rely on was this Taco Bell doing me right. Every order, down to the sauce packets was exact. They run a smooth and clean operation. Live Más!

I wish I had written a review back when I had my first stellar experience here. But just had another one today. Both times it was the morning to lunch staff. The first experience was about half a year ago or so these nice women who helped take my order, helped me save some money by putting my items together into a meal. And they were so pleasant to speak with and made my morning awesome. Same thing just now. These lovely women helped me with my order. Unfortunately couldn't complete part of it but they helped me out right away and I couldn't appreciate the service more. Love this taco bell

On 102023 at around 6pm , the staff messed up our order and I had to drive back to store to get what was missing. Prior to driving back, we contacted, Broneia and told her what was the problem. My wife told me to ask for her when I get to the store and that she was very nice on the phone. When I arrived at store, i asked for Broneia but she was busy with something so another associated helped. I was agitated because I had to tell them what was missing etc. While standing to wait for my food, an associate appeared and later identified as Broneia , asked me was I being helped and not knowing she was the person who I was suppose make contact with, I replied no they are fixing my problem. It was when Broneia asked the associate who initially helped me what was I waiting for. She said he was waiting for whatever was missing in order and Broneia corrected the associate and told her to ask for customers first Name because the customers are family. Broneia then realized that I was suppose come back and ask for her and she said she had made my food already and gave me my food within seconds plus a free meal card. The way Broneia handled my problem was above and beyond. I hope this review reaches the right person within Taco Bell and give her the regonization she desires when no one was watching and treated customers like family.

I have ordered here a couple dozen times and I consistently recieve very poor service every single time I order after 7pm. Ordering drive thru? Usually will be an excessively long wait. One time after waiting in line, they asked me to come inside the store to get my food. I then waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged, just to be told my food isn't ready and had to wait another 10 minutes. Ordering pickup? Good chance you'll have multiple items made incorrectly or missing all together. Check your bag that everything is accounted for before driving off. Ordering delivery? Be cautious: if you order through the app, the order is delivered via DoorDash. My one and only time ordering delivery the app said the dasher was waiting at the store for 50 minutes, then drove to our neighborhood, stopped a couple blocks away, waited 10 minutes and abruptly canceled the order. When I called the store, I was told since it was picked up its basically no longer the store's problem and there was nothing they could do. TLDR: Absolutely awful service any time after 7pm. I've had a few decent experiences with the drive thru for breakfast or lunch or early dinner. But beware horrible service any time in the evening or night.

Worst experience, unprofessional, nasty staff. Gave order at drive through. Lady Gave me the price , told me to drive around to the Window. At the Window, tried to pay for order, was told " We will not serve you, you tried to cheat us, go back to the End of line". I went inside asked for my food and ready to pay. I was told , " you are looking for free food, we won't serve you". I was shocked, embarrassed, needed explanation, went back to office, tried calling customer service, no one answered phone call for half hour. Never had experience in 23 years in USA. Never going back to Taco bell in cherry hill, NJ.

Why is this Taco bell so horrible at making correct orders for Uber eats? No order has ever came with a drink...the manager really needs to get this place in order or seriously find a different job because dam...this is Taco Bell....not exactly a hard job!!!! Do your job right or don't do it at all.....

The ladies working this morning were great! Very friendly and made my food perfectly! Hard to find a taco bell that actually gets my order correct, and they killed it!

This Taco Bell has great employees! They are very friendly and helpful. A clean, organized facility that is well lit. The parking area is clean and trash-free. The food was, well, it's Taco Bell food. It's garbage ingredients that taste okay. I did notice the size of the food is shrinking. The burrito is about half the size as the original Burritos.

Never get my order right. Not once. The food is usually cold and you can tell no one wants to be there. Swore this place off, although in the beginning they were amazing I hope they get it together again.

Food is always hot. Good customer service. Order the steak anything it’s way better then the beef options. The steak options can get a little pricey for fast food. Also try the watermelon slushy. It was delicious and only a dollar during their happy hour. Solid go to fast food spot.

Got my food. Correctly. They left out a water bottle but, Thankfully, I went back to get it. Took 40-50 minutes to get my food. Ordered at 1:48pm, got food at 2:15.

There was one lady who dealt with thr customers, professionally. She had curly brown hair and did her best to get the time moving, which is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star.

This new Taco Bell had the best customer service and food I’ve seen in any Taco Bell fast food drive thru. Every time I come here I am greeted by a pleasant person with an outstanding personality. Every employee I’ve come across here is very sincere and kind to me and some even go out of there way to entertain me with small talk that’s personable but not invasive. Awesome job to this Taco Bell.

The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious.. I sort of thought maybe because it was new that the first week or so was going to be the best service, as to make a good first impression.. but the service here is just as good as my first visit and it’s been open for about 5 or 6 months now? ✌️🥳

so I don’t normally review fast food restaurants but this one stood out to me and deserves 5 stars. Their employees deserve kudos as well..
