Got a takeaway coffee and a croissant. The coffee was burnt, so hot I couldn't hold the coffee cup and waited 10mins to cool down enough to drink it but ended up throwing it out after a couple sips as it was awful. Croissant did not taste fresh.

Customer service was okay, the meals I saw people receive while waiting for the coffee looked well presented and cafe had a good atmosphere.

Don't come here if you're a coffee snob.

I'm not sure if this will go to management but I just wanted to share an experience I just had while ordering my takeaway soy mocha , I felt like I was accused of stamping the loyalty cards myself with round circles by the staff at the register. She questioned me cus the cafe they never used round circles and it was always hearts. Maybe the stamper had changed since It's been awhile since I popped in. But I've been going to your cafe here and there for years and today I just felt disappointed and accused.
Their Food and coffees were always best in the area but today I felt so disrespected.

The food was beyond delicious and well presented. I’m not a local to the area but this cafe is definitely worth the trek out to Riverwood. The staff members are lovely and are highly accommodating if you have younger children. The food definitely stood out in terms of a cafe quality breakfast. The food portions are great value for money. Would definitely be coming again and would no doubt recommend this cafe to friends and family!

Food was so amazing 🤩 , totally filled my hungry tummy with their delicious tasty food . Totally will be going back to try more options .

Cafe Roman is hands down one of the best Cafes in Sydney! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The chickpea salad was simply divine - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The portions were overly generous and drinks were really good; meals were worth every cent! The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. We can’t wait to return to Cafe Roman and explore more of their delicious menu!

The food here is amazing. This has become a regular in our weekend rotation. You can't go wrong ordering either breakfast or lunch.

I had a strawberry milkshake. It tasted awful. It wasn't cold at all and was sweet like they used sweeteners so I couldn't finish it. I also ordered cheese burger but the clerk said they were out of cheese, and it was actually a burger without cheese. I asked for tomato sauce to dip the chips in, but the waiter offered me BBQ sauce. Before I started eating, I asked to change the BBQ sauce to tomato sauce, but when I checked out I was surcharged for it. The clerks were not very friendly, and I didn't feel the service was good. I don’t recommend eating here. The only good thing was that the chips were delicious.
