Top Apartment rental agencys in Old Town, Czech Republic

We booked this place which looks great and we were given a suit in another apartment which looked like a storage, and nothing like the photos we saw before booking.

Very bad experience! I recommend the readers to take these reviews seriously and not ruin their holiday in Prague with such overpriced low quality accommodation. We were given this storage like room in the attic with a view of a roof and wall (had booked the room at a higher price because of city view), with two beds and a huge old couch crammed in it as if they did not find another place to dump them. The space they called ”kitchen” was horrible and totally not usable. The bathroom was so old and out of shape that we didn’t even want to shower there. I doubt if the other suits they offer are any better.

We booked this apartment because it was incredibly close to a series of appointments we had in Prague. When we arrived, this was the address only to pick up the keys. Our apartment was over half a mile away, meaning our appointment destination was now an 18 minute walk, instead of a short stroll of a couple of minutes. Nowhere on any communication was any address given aside from the reception address, so we naturally assumed that's where we'd be staying. This company are falsely advertising accommodation.

Also, the pictures of the apartment we were supposed to be renting bare no relation to where we actually stayed.

We had to take three suitcases quite a distance on the evening we arrived.

When we arrived the heat had obviously been on for ages at full blast and the apartment was absolutely roasting. It took quite a while to cool down after I adjusted the temperature. Theapartment was dated and had no working lights in the seating area (difficult to unpack when you arrive at night), causing my husband to walk into a table. I found the two coffee machines dirty and the perculator full of old coffee and mouldy water. A standard lamp didn't work. In the morning the hairdryer didn't work and when we tried to use the toaster the power went out. We then discovered a leak from the bathroom that was coming down into the seating area.

We arrived back from our first appointment at around 10.30am and a handyman was here regrouting the shower. Nearly an hour later he's still working on the shower and causing noise.

Don't stay here. Not a pleasant experience. Staff have offered no compensation, only an offer to move us last night which I explained didn't suit as we had unpacked and my husband had to work today from Prague.

Staff will not offer any compensation for these issues. We won't be back and are not looking forward to what else we may find during our stay.

Great place! Great location, very clean and nice

First of all the host Marcela was amazing, she help us with the ride from and to the airport, she left us house complimentary drinks in the fridge, and evan gave us ticket to the public transportation in Prague. And the apartment is located in the middle of the old town, very clean and has everything you could think of.
We will sure come back!!!

We recently stayed here while visiting Prague and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. First and foremost, the location is incredible. Literally steps from the Old Town Square. I could hardly believe it when we arrived. The apartment was clean and plenty spacious enough for the five of us. It had all the amenities we required and then some. Marcela was incredibly helpful and ready to help us at a moment's notice with anything we required. She even showed up with Christmas cookies in hand baked by her Mom when we arrived! I would highly recommend Marcela's apartments to anyone interested in visiting Prague. The location, the space and the overall excellent service Marcela provides makes it well worth it. A true value!
