A small version of a shopping mall. No too many shops and options. But has a good food court and children games area on the top floor. Good place for a short business with family.

One of the oldest malls in payyanur and very less crowded. it's comparatively a small mall.
A decent free parking space is available.
Only attractive thing is the play area and very small food court everything else is kinda average.
Not many branded stores are available here , even the food courts are more locally maintained food stores.

This is the first mall of payyannur which is situating at police station road,near by lic junction, payyannur. Reliance trends is situating at this mall. Also many apparel shops,electronics shop,foot wear shop,food court,children's fun zone and super market etc etc are available here.
The toilets are not neat and clean,especially which is at near by food court on 3rd floor.
They are having Parking area and wheel chair is accessible from parking to all area.

It's small in size, attracts small (less) crowd, less food courts, less variety of shops, etc... Actually it's Retail Mall (the first mall in the city). It is a normal shopping mall with some good options for clothes. Narrow parking slot and very hard to park the vehicle. The price of cloths and services provided here is comparatively low to other Malls. If you are feeling Hungry then don't worry there's Restaurants in the Mall. Totally an average experience...
