I had the worst experience with Hexing Recruitment Department and their recruitment company. Between them and their recruiter it hasnt been a pleasant experience communicating with them.Rather inform your recruiter to not put forward my CV if I didnt have a tertiary education. Also why waste my time interviewing me when your requirement is a degree. You have wasted my time and strung me along for nearly 3 weeks. If I could give them no stars as a rating, I would do so.

Everytime, since they changed our old meter, when they do something we sit without electricity and even when you comtact them the answers are not helping. The meter doesn't connect and I can't load my electricity units, because it keeps saying failed. Plus the people doing the work is incompetent and laugh at the problems you have with the meter.

Great company!!!!! I requested a quote on Tuesday morning and had it by late afternoon and 48 hours after I made a payment my order was ready for collection.
The Pre and post sales teams were great, they explained and taught me a lot about meters and were patient with me. The dispatch team was efficient and my goods were ready when my driver arrived for collection.
I would recommend this company for people who are starting in the prepaid metering business.

This company is useless and there is absolute no communication, had to beg for a quote, eventually I had to beg for an Invoice, was told I can collect, got there and their dispatch department did not know anything about my order after payment was processed. Ridiculous service, never anyone available only managed to speak to reception, will never use this company again their customer service is NON EXISTENT, they do not even deserve 1 star but had to select a star in order to post this review
