I visited the office at 06:25 on 08/07/2024 and try to take help from supervisor because the reception desk were busy but supervisor throw me like not human I asked him you don’t have knowledge of this information he told me no I am a supervisor go to reception desk and take information gave me rude service and he was not busy. But reception desk service were amazing I appreciate the ladies.

Latifa at the reception was exceptional! She went above and beyond in teaching me the steps and worked diligently. A truly valuable asset to the team.

You can do most pro work here . Girls are nice and intelligent. One of them names waffa as the Time of this review she is working there, super friendly and intelligent. Mostly occupied by numerous applicants

Very nice place to live

I had some issue related with the municipality department and was not able to go the center personally. I tried calling the center and every time different ladies were picking the phone, I had to explain my issue every time and they were telling that they will come back after checking but unfortunately no one replied or tried to solve it but then fortunately RUWAIDAH RAED DAWLA picked the phone, she listened to me patiently, guided me, helped me to sort out the issue. I appreciate her efforts and great customer service.

Great service from the ladies working there. They serve you with smiles. I went there for driver's license translation and they were very pleasant and professional. I did not spend more than 15minutes in the place. They also speedily respond to WhatsApp messages. Hats off to them!

My worst experience compared to the many other tasheel centers around. Very unorganized. At 9 am when I received my token and to my surprise they took their breakfast break. By 10:22 I had to approach a supervisor who said that he just came to work so I should bare with him and have patience. Asked me to wait till they call out my name, which never happened so I had to once again approach them. Super sarcastic attitude and even their sorry was like ok go now. Unfortunately this was the only centre that could issue me my membership certificate so had to bare with them. Hope they live up to their customer's satisfaction henceforth. Ps: office boy was very kind and nice person.
