First of all it is like a hostel rather than a hotel rooms. i had worst experience when staying in that hotel . and the gates are locked at 10 pm . Moreover the private PGs are better than this hotel . andf they are not maintaining rooms neat and clean . So my suggestion is don't go that hotel or don't book that Oyo rooms hotel in Oyo app

I was with my family early morning for the hotel check-in and was early due to my arrival and wanted an early check-in.
> Hotel denied early check-in and wanted me to pay 4K extra for booking apart from online payment.
> The property manager was not reachable for 3 days while I wanted to get this checked beforehand of my arrival.
> Receptionist was rude and adamant in demanding extra charges
> When I called OYO support, they deliberately provided wrong ID to prove they are a bunch of crooks and avoid penalty for their demands
> Property is at a remote location and has very small rooms
> Property manager threatened me saying I will loose money if I don't agree to his terms
> Worst possible place to be in Kolkata
> Better stay in cheaper lodges than paying for this ridiculous behavior of staffs and support.

Nyc place to stay..rooms are clean also staff are well behaved.and price is affordable.

This is not a hotel, It's is a slum. Govt toilets are more cleaner than this hotel. Waste of money. Rude behavior. Receptionist was abusive.

Worst experience, receptionist’s behaviour was rude, didn’t accept online payments made on the Oyo app. kept asking for more money otherwise denied checkin and at last even after paying some extra amount, you have to pay extra for towels and blankets.
On asking why is he charging for everything. Used abusive tone.

I reached at 10 a.m. There was no room to freshen up or any washroom was shown to me. I was told that room will only available at 12. I had to go to office after freshen up so I chose different hotel. Bad service from Oyo.

All of the hotel staffs are frauds. They ask money even though you have paid throu oyo. They harras you until you pay the money. My dad is serious heart patient, they did not let me because i didn't pay money they are asking. The booking was already done through app. I also heard from locals that they hide camera in the room. It's not safe place for couples to visit. Please stay away from this hotel... 🙏

Very bad staff and service...at the time of checking even the staff tried to knock me. I dont know why OYO have such property . I booked online through agoda and when i went there for checking they just refuse to give entry after some little excuse like you dont have the proper id card etc.... I will reccomended to not book this hotel at any cost.

I had very bad experience here. Booked the room via oyo app and paid in full. But when I went to check in, they said no booking and asked me to see the app. After checking the app I found oyo shifted me to another hotel without information. Then the receptionist/manager demanded cash for room. It was a total disaster. Never go to this hotel and never book via oyo. Both are scams.

Asking more price than mentioned online.Bad behaviour,rooms are too small.

Experience is so bad there are so many problems, there haven't any right contact number to solve any problems and the room was so darty ,so totally too bad , don't stay here

The AC room was good for the price we booked, just a bit small in size. There's no movement space & balcony. Hotel receptionist's behaviour was good. No hassle during check-in & Checkout.
