Very larger Gap outlet store with great deals! Huge selection of clothing and apparel. Really big discounts compared to a normal Gap or online. This location has great deals and cheaper prices as it’s an outlet. Men’s t-shirt’s could’ve been a little cheaper in my opinion. My wife found the most deals on the women’s side. Dressing room and bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. Employees were nice and helpful. Location has quick access to Hwy US75 and located inside Allen Premium Outlets.

This store brand in general is not what it used to be. Quality in clothes has changed a lot and the styles have gone from bad to worse. Good customer service and pretty spacious place to shop around at this location though.

Bought these Sun glasses less than 2 months ago and they just randomly broke while in my hands..I took care of them like a baby. They clearly sell trash branded as Tommy Hilfiger. Not recommended

I rarely write negative reviews but these were the most rude staff members I have ever encountered in my life! Closed their fitting room 30 mins before the 9pm closing time. Tried to provide feedback suggesting that they should either inform customers in the store or put up a notice that fitting rooms close earlier than the store. The store manager (Kate) and her cronies totally ignored us and walked away mid conversation. Girl at the checkout had so much attitude! Didn’t ask about the shopping experience, never told us about store membership or the additional discount if you sign up. We had to ask and sign up ourselves. After billing, she didn’t even have the courtesy to hand over the bag in our hand. Instead she just left it on the counter. No “thank you, have a nice day”. She was probably instructed by the store manager to treat us rudely in this manner! Staff seriously need some training on customer experience. If you don’t know how to communicate and treat your customers, you should probably not be doing this job. No complaints about the style and quality of products that were available at the store.

Zero customer service at this place. Four associates in the nearly empty store, two of them starring at their phones and nobody can open a fitting room. Apparently per their policy they have to stick all together instead of helping the customers.

GAP shop has nice collection of quality brands. Offers very good discount.

I try to exchange a dress i bought a day back with all the tags for a different size, they wouldn’t.. they said i have to return and they buy a new one with a revised price. Same gap kids were able to exchange, these people don’t know how to do that in the system. Poor customer support..

I just left there. Women that work there to me act snobby and not helpful. Cloths are overpriced I think. People that work there to me, make you not want to buy anything. You work at Talbot's give me a brake ,please don't act snobby when we come in. My thoughts anyway

Terrible service! Especially I received the worst service you can possible had from even the manager (Giselle) at the store. I was waited in line to check out and ask to see if there an another pair of Jeans that I was interested in available. The only one they had available is displayed on a mannequin and she said she will let me have it and I was asking to wait. Then she went back to the cashier finishing checking out the gentleman she was waiting one. And went on to take the next one in line though I let her know that I was before him. She said no. At the time, I was the only person in line! Is she crazy? So fine, not gonna argue and I waited, then she told me that they only have 2 pairs left in store and she couldn’t let me have it. Really?! Made me waited and tell me that I can’t have it? You would have thought as a manager in the store that she will go ahead and take care the customer and let me have it, or an apology, not a single word of it but full of attitudes. So ridiculous!

Need to update online info as well as recorded info regarding store hours to coincide with actual operating hours, or at least update signs in the door. Additionally very poorly ran store, 7 deep inline with only one cashier. Other than that selection is all right.

Selection is better than the non outlet retail store. Their stretchy performance dress shirts are the best in the business. Unfortunately the majority of the dress shirts express is known for can only be found at the outlet these days. Sizes were a bit limited but found some great deals. Customer service at this location was excellent.

A word of caution....Getting in and out of this mall and parking will destroy your shopping experience and possibly ruin your hopes for humanity.
At Talbot's outlet, the new in-season styles we're 20% off but still pricy, and I didn't see any of the styles that I loved from their regular store. Out of season clothes were marked down 60 to 70% but selection was very poor. I bought a sweater for $25, but at this time of the year I could have found the same deal anywhere.

I used to love this store a couple of years ago but over time it feels they lost a lot. The quality of their clothing isn't the same anymore. You can still find decent quality pants or shirts but there are plenty of low quality ones. They have some selection but not as much as for example H&m or banana republic. Prices are affordable and aren't too off of the quality so the store will get decent 4 stars from me. Fitting rooms are clean, not fully packed, so you can almost anytime try a piece of clothing without standing in a line for 10-15 mins. Though you'll sometimes spend that time at the end in a line for checkout.

Visited with my wife. On the Sunday we visited, they closed an hour before the rest of the mall. We walked in about 10 minutes before the abbreviated closing. Talbott is my wife's favorite store, but we felt very rushed by employees constantly looking at their watches.

The store is clean and organized. Great sales and discounts. The male employee working the register today with the long wavy hair was amazing! Great customer service, friendly, funny, and helpful. He deserves a promotion or raise.
