I want to express my disappointment with the poor customer service my wife and I received at your store recently. Despite there being no other customers present, an employee Forced my wife try on shoes in a cramped corner rather than IN front of Shoes rack, where they were easily accessible. When questioned, the employee left without explanation. This lack of respect for patrons' needs is unacceptable. Until improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.

Message to Corporate :: Please do allow someone who really need job and remove those who just work to give you negative Image

I was there yesterday and had the worst customer service experience. The staff here are unaware of the sales and promotions in the store. Also, there are only 3 members of staff in the entire store and all of them are at the cashier. When you get to the cashier after waiting in line, you find out that the price is different and they are unaware of the discounts. It was a super frustrating experience. Ended up walking out of the store without purchasing anything.

Now I feel like a victim of a sick practical joke. The staff seems to enjoy making the customer squirm after being rude and making the customer feel stupid.

The customer service representative named Michael (long curly hair) was very helpful and informative. I came in to purchase a suit and he was able to provide insight on the different materials and quality of the suit. He also checked in the back room multiple times for sizing and colours. I really enjoyed the shopping experience due to Michael’s help

I, literally, had one of THE BEST shopping experiences in entire time of knowing Watch Station this morning. I forgot her name (sorry 🙏🙏🙏). But, I am going to assume she is the store manager. She greeted me nicely as soon as I walked in the store. Eventhough I was not dressed as impressively as some other well heeled fellow shoppers, the manager treated me nicely. After I devulged I was financially poor and extremely tight on budget, she helped me with a watch that was on sale. She did not make me feel bad for spending so little. She made me feel equally as appreciated as a normal spending customer. This goes very far with me. As most would not be able to tell from first appearances, I am a huge watch fan. I like to buy styles and designs that I like and collect them. Before I lost my job months ago, I purchased an average of 8 watches per year.. all from WatchStation. I have been a fan of the store brand since I discovered them in Chicago a year before they came to Toronto. In full disclosure, I took some time off from WatchStation a couple of years before I lost my job, because the level of service really, really took a nosedive at a very disturbing rate and duration. It was a coin toss going back in the store for me today. And I am VERY glad I did. Things seemed back to normal. Aspects I really enjoyed about the store seemed to have returned; high level of service, inventory stock levels, selection, pricing and sales specials, clean store without tonnes of clutter, clear and pleasant layout of products and brands, etc., etc.. Very long story short, I am back on board with Team WatchStation 🥳🥳🥳. I am excited to return for my next purchase later this month for my wife's birthday present. I had a really good experience with Sara at Calvin Klein in Toronto Premium Outlets. She was super friendly and helpful from the start. Sara helped me pick out a great outfit with her awesome fashion sense. I’d definitely recommend asking for Sara if you’re shopping there. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Yesterday I went to calvin klein and an employee name Jahanvi, when I asked her name she had a smile on her face and she answered me very politely. And she make sure that I got my perfect size for my jeans as I was so unsure about the size but she suggested me to buy the perfectly fitted jean for me and helped me to buy some items for my mom too and my mom too loved the clothes suggested by her.... Great appreciation...

Really great experience especially because of the staffs. Raj is the great attendant and so polite and honest. Guided me through all the functionality and purposes of the shoe type and found me a well suited pair for me and my family. Exceptional experience. Again a huge shout out for Raj.

Christina (the manager) provided a quick resolution to my concern and went above and beyond to help me out. Christina's efficiency made the entire process seamless and she was super quick. I have bought a few times here and they always have great pricing.

Hareen was my sales associate and she provided exceptional customer service. Her bubbly personality and desire to help me find the perfect gift when I was in store shopping was such a pleasant experience. If you are ever at this location, I definitely recommend her help. You will be leaving the store in good spirits!

Best experience ever. RAJ helped us. He gave us some suggestion and let us choose right pair of shoes. He was very patient while we were taking too long for choosing. Great guy with very friendly nature and good customer service skills. We would surely like to visit this place again.

I lost 20kg from the past couple moths so i decided to visit the offline store of Polo Ralph all the way from Richmond hill. I grabbed a M and L for 2 different styles, but the size was still not good so I asked my friend to take a S for me. While she is picking the right size, there is a sales (old lady) told her that “why you take so many times, you should know your size!” My friend politely explained to her why we take different sizes, she replied “ that’s not an excuse, you should measure yourself and make sure your size before taking them to the fitting room”. We were super shocked tbh, cuz we have never met any sales so unprofessional and rude. But that’s not the worst, she then told my friend to stop touching clothes in front of her and yelled “ Can’t you see it’s folded and prepared for another customer?!”. Ehhh, maybe because the whole store is a mess and looks like in World War 1?
We were pissed off and asked to talk to the manager, the manager takes ages to the front desk, we asked him if he knew what happened, he said he saw everything and he knew what happened ( but funny he didn’t take any actions through the whole story, he just let her to treat a customer this way), then he said he is sorry and he will do something then left right away.
This company culture and whole customers service training is very unique and odd, good luck with Ralph Lauren.

Rude manager! so pathetic with her behavior and language. She is on phone all the time, not considering customers. so rude tone. she is racist. she behaves very bad! I want the higher authority to take a strict action. she is so unwelcoming and for no reason, not attending customers properly. She has an attitude issue!!

Shirt bought from here. Big hole in them after just 4 washes. Don't waste your time and money to shop from here. Not recommended to any customer. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.

They make you wait outside in a line when you have like 10 people inside the store...so basically empty. A marketing ridicul technique

I visited this store several times, and usually found varied apparels there in all available sizes. The associates are nice and happy to help. The store is well-organized in most of the times, however, is very crowded in special ocassions, and associates may not be able to organize the stuff well. The fitting rooms also need to be cleaned and sanitized more regularly.

Make sure to check your items when purchasing the boxed underwear sets. By the time I got home and opened the box, two of the items were the correct size while the third one was a larger size. It appears that the store must've repackaged an open box with wrong items. I don't live close to the store and won't be making the drive back.

I also noticed that the sale tags are misplaced with the incorrect items. The sign indicated 60% off on the shelf, but items were scanning in at different percentage discounts. The cashier thought the sign might've indicated "up to 60% off" but she too was confused when she went to verify and saw that it was "60% off".

Service by the staff is friendly though, so that's a positive.

I never knew we had a Fossil store right here close to both Mississauga and Brampton. Lots and lots of options and prices. Great customer service. Usman was a delight; he helped find things I was looking for, they matched the online price if in stock. The girl on the counter could've been a more attentive in getting my email right as I never received the warranty confirmation. But good shopping experience overall!

Not sure what the employee’s do here to be honest. Most of them just chat with one another and the photos really show it. I get that it’s the holiday season and there are lots of customers but it sure doesn’t look like they are understaffed. Judging by the chaos it seems like it would take hours to clean everything up after hours to prepare for the next day. 3 stars because I got what I was looking for. Missing stars due to how messy it looks with lots of staff. Not a good look for a high end brand.

Pretty devious, putting stickers marking up the clothes from regular prices,15-20% and the advertising 20% off. You can see when you pull the labels off. Beware of the unethical business practices of these retailers. Even the store associates were pretty embarrassed about this sort of conduct.

It was my first time purchasing an item here, and the cashier was really rude. Customer service is about respecting their needs. If they don’t have the item their asking for kindly let the customer know, instead of showing attitude and not greeting the customer is a big red flag.

The store manager and associate were fantastic in helping me today!! I gave them the wrong information to engrave on my brothers watch as a gift, and they happily accommodated my mistake by engraving a new one for me! I was very impressed and satisfied with their service today. Amazing!

Extremely rude manager, just trying to prove himself right. I bought the denim past week, and its color is fading from dark to light in just one wash, and the threads are also coming apart and making it look bad. I talked to him and ask if he could do something in this situation and he was like it is normal this brand do it like this it is there style will nothing can be done and take it away.
And the girl in the mask was defending him, saying all denims fade it is normal. I have a lot denims their color never fades. It means something is wrong with this denim. And he was like, "What now we can not do anything." Then, in a sarcastic way, smiling, he said I could do one thing, and that is I would not do anything and smiled..

The store was really crowded, and I had to urgently buy a few watches. This one girl, Zohaa, was really great at identifying my urgency and quickly helped me find the perfect watches that fit my needs. She was very calm and polite, which made it an amazing experience for me, as I really needed the watches urgently. I am not someone who usually writes reviews but this was something really important and I was really glad that things worked out in time!!

I appreciate the store's collection and deals, but I'm quite disappointed with their customer service. The staff at this location seems inattentive and lacks courtesy towards customers. Even when the store is empty, it takes several attempts to find someone to assist you.

For a simple 5-minute engraving job, they asked me to leave the product at the store and return 24 hours later. When I called them the next day, an associate claimed that the watch was engraved and ready for pickup. However, when I went to collect it, they hadn't engraved it, and they did it in just 5 minutes right in front of me. This could have easily been done the previous day when I initially purchased it, but they insisted that the store was too busy to do it on the same day. In reality, there were only three customers in the whole store, including myself, and three associates who seemed uninterested in getting the job done.

I bought 2 watches and I asked to her that I need the engraving and she told me that yes we will do that after paying. After paying she refused that we can’t do that you have to come tomorrow and we need 24 hours. I requested her and her manager also thousands time that I have a flight early in the morning but both did not consider my request. I think they should tell every customer that they r not doing engraving before 24 hours.they have written there that it’s free engraving . But after buying their behaviour totally changed. Really disappointing

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! How are clients supposed to get a hold of you and inquire if there are items in stock if you don’t answer the phone. It’s very frustrating. I have been calling 20 times and no answer.

I cant believe what i witnessed from my eyes today. There is this sales girl name Aman is rude and I heard her calling someone "this is not india" to a lady customer.
What we witnessed we couldnt believe so we took the complain to another person but this person did not called manager instead she took a complaint herself

After selecting couple of items the sales person informed me about 3 types of discounts which I confirmed with her twice . At the check out the cashier / manager was rude and not customer friendly at all . She was adamant that her sales team is very well trained and they couldn’t give me wrong information . Any ways even if I heard or understood that wrong , her customer’s dealing was not polite or professional at all . I won’t be visiting that store again .

Watch Station is my favourite place to shop from, it’s fantastic getting such great quality watches at such reasonable prices. They have the best brands and a wide variety of options. Yesterday, the Sardar sales person here cheated us. The leather on the watch I tried off the rack was was tearing a bit, so while billing I cross checked if he gave a new piece and he confirmed he did. This morning I open the box to find that he gave me the trial piece off the rack, horrible start to the day and worst experience at Watch Station. The sales people here are always so polite and I have never been cheated here before. Not sure what joy they get trying to cheat people and causing trouble for others, while also ruining the brand name. Now I have to go all the way back to have this sorted.

Just visited the store. When me and my friends entered in the store, sales representative told us to not create any mess. We want to buy some clothes there, but when we experienced this type of attitude after just getting inside the store, we changed our mind. I hope they will make learn their employees how to behave with customers. Please make sure you are hiring the good people in your store.

Good prices and products to choose from. I liked the layout, bags on one side...shoes and clothes on the other. Customer service wasn't great. I had to wait quite a bit for someone to help me with the watches. It wasn't even busy. I went at 11am on a weekday. Thanks
