These people don't deserve to be working at a retail store specially the short guy. He's SO rude and laughs right at your face if you have a question. I was in a couple of weeks ago and there was a Hispanic family in front of me doing a return and asking questions all he did was laugh and shake his head at every single question they asked I had to step in myself to explain to them. DON'T work at a retail store if you don't know how to have good customer service.

Just hung up the phone with Jordan regarding an ongoing issue with a bag purchased from fossil online 2 years ago. The care and concern she showed is at a level I have not seen in a long, long time. She listened attentively, showed empathy for my issue, and offered several ways to rectify the problem, which is more than I can say for the customer service department at Fossil's 800 number! I am blown away by her sincerity and professionalism, and will be making the hour long trip to her store just for this reason. Give this woman a raise!

They're usually very good I returned to shirt my son wanted it in Black instead of red the exact same shirt just a different color no difference in the price just exchanging the color they returned the shirt did no price adjustment and charged me 40% more I don't think I will go back I was told there was no manager and I could call corporate if I had an issue and wanted to solve it I have yet to hear back from corporate

I have visited the Aurora location on numerous occasions. Unfortunately on 1/1/24 I had the worst experience with I can only assume the manager named John as told to me by Chistopher another manager, they really didn'twant to tell me. John WAS RUDE AS HELL!!LEARN TO TALK TO PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE IN RETAIL!! HE WAS SO RUDE THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT ENTER AFTER I DID HEARD WHAT HE SAID AND LEFT AS DID. I will be contacting Corporate. I spend a lot of money in True Religion but to be treated that way is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Christopher was great! Love this store. It's packed with deals and great quality denim. Worth a stop if you're at the mall. They do only carry up to size 34, or about a 14, and you can always order 36 or 38 online. Very attentive staff and clean dressing rooms.

The employee in there was rude and talking nasty about my autistic child right in front of me and the manager was standing right there as well did nothing as she argued with me cause I told her to shut her mouth. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your Express clothing store on September 29, 2023, at around 3:00 pm. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a suit for my upcoming wedding, a significant and memorable event in my life.
Upon entering the store, I approached the sales associates to seek assistance and inquire about sizing. To my dismay, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The employees I encountered seemed disinterested and unwilling to provide any guidance. Instead of helping me, they dismissively directed me to "check on the rack" as if it were a self-service store.
What was even more disheartening was the attitude displayed by the staff. They not only failed to assist me, but they also exhibited a disrespectful and dismissive demeanor. Despite my politeness and courtesy in asking questions and making requests, I was met with indifference and, at times, outright rudeness.
To make matters worse, I observed the employees engaging in inappropriate discussions among themselves while neglecting their duties to assist customers. It was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome as a customer.
I must emphasize that I have never experienced such poor service at any retail establishment, let alone an Express store. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with the brand that I had previously regarded positively.

9/3/23 Customer was making me and my mom uncomfortable by grunting and staring at us with disgust. I responded to customer and sales associate who is a manager ( lady with long braids and African American was wearing a beige outfit) asked us if everything was okay. I said no customer was grunting at us and making noises as if we were disgusting to look at. She responded “ she is a customer” okay then what would my mom and I be ? Like her behavior is being justified. We felt uncomfortable and discriminated against. She then proceeded to tell her coworker “ ugh today will be a good day” sarcastically. Afterwards I went to the front and ask for the customer complaint the manager lady in the beige outfit was there as well. I felt uncomfortable and extremely upset. It’s not about taking sides but that day the customer and manager made the shopping experience bad. It’s acknowledging both sides of the party and acknowledging that I was a customer and I deserve the same respect.

We've visited many different outlet malls. This one seemed to have a better than usual offering of name-brand stores. In the stores we visited, the products were well stocked and displayed. Employees were friendly and greeted us upon entering each store. On the map it looked like this one was all indoors, but it was an outdoor walking mall. Given the heat index of 110 degrees on the day we visited, it was probably less enjoyable than during nicer weather. Portions of the outdoor walking area are covered which helped create some shade and would help limit snowfall on the walkway in the winter. If it is raining, you'll still want an umbrella for the many areas that do not have overhead covering. The parking area is in the perimeter of the shopping area, so be prepared to walk quite a bit. It took us about 2.5 hours to see only a few stores. It seems similar to the size of a zoo or amusement park spread out over what seemed like a large area.

I love express .. However the Fox Valley store gets a ZERO for customer service. Especially the store manager Hannah. Sadly I just observed her been super rude, and inpatient to a customer who only wanted to exchange a shirt and spoke very little English . The lady exchanging the shirt had her little 8 year old girls translating for her. When the manager walked away irritated that she had to go look for another size, The lady said to her girls she wanted to cry and felt helplessness because of the way she was been treated at a place where she is spending Money.. Although the manager did not speak Spanish, she could have gotten help from the other employees at the store who might have spoken Spanish , or she could have shown more patience,
respect and compassion to someone who is spending their money there and needed help ! …I felt compelled to write this review on the lady’s behalf.. I was next in line and to my surprise Hannah’s attitude was still the same. Arrogant, unfriendly and just flat our RUDE! She asked me for a tracking number which I did not have, she told me to look it up in my email. I mentioned I have returned clothes before w/o needing other than my ID, my express credit card , or phone number. After struggling to find it in my emails she finally got fed up and asked me to just enter my phone number which could’ve been done when I first said I didn’t have it.. When I asked for a manger she arrogantly said “I am the manager” .. Which was even more DISSAPOINTING!!! How can someone like Hanna be in charge of the store 🤯??!!….So far the worst experience at my favorite store !
And to the lady who wanted to cry! Keep your head up and don’t let ignorant rude people ruin your day .

Worst experience ever I was buying gifts for my family and all staff looking down at me because I’m wearing very pajamas and slippers make me feel really uncomfortable. This place deserves all the praise. I walked in with a watch collection I have accumulated over a few years. I was greeted by the store manager Trevor. I had 17 watches that all needed batteries and some of them i had not worn yet. I also let him know that a few had sentimental value to them and to please be careful with them. He assured me that he would take care of it and he could get it done within an hour or so. He was man of his word and I received a call to pick up my watches and that everything had gone well. He even went the extra mile to clean and set the time on each watch. 17 watches. Listen if I could give this place 10 stars it is deserving of each and every star possible. This was the best customer service I had received in a very long time. Please give Trevor a raise Bravo my friend. 👏🏽

Staff doesn't know how to speak to guests. I will never shop here again and I would advice others to do the same. I had a cart full of clothes and because of the staff's attitude I walked out. With the way they are handling things it won't be long before they close down. Upon checking it was the manager who was very rude and her name is ilandes or something of that sort.

The black girl manager was very rude to everyone at 4:45, she was pushing everyone out to leave and wouldn’t let purchasing customers into the fitting room because “we close at 5:00pm it’s the 4th of July we want to go out” literally said that as people were walking out, how about you don’t work retail? If you can’t take the heat stay out the kitchen then, you’re suppose to be a leader, and lead by example, it trickles down to your employees and then they think it’s ok, if you ever worked for me you’d be fired on the spot hunny 😉

As a good former employee, i wanted to come on here and share my horrible experience about working with one of the most disgusting mangers yuzaleth i think that’s how you spell her name. she is one of the messiest people you would ever meet, i don’t even know how she landed her position but she would spread rumors and try to medal into peoples personal lives. as a 40 year old manager i thought she’d be more mature than that but apparently we’re still in high school at a full time job. the rest of the employees & managers were fine but she was the bad apple

We purchased 3 MK purses about a week ago. Today we went to return one of the bag and noticed that they are offering 20 % discount. We politely asked the sales lady if she could do the price adjustment, and her answer was no. Which is fine if that is the store policy. But it didn't stop here. While we were returning the bag, one Asian lady came to the register and told us that we would not be able to purchase anything today. I asked her twice just to make sure that we heard it right. The manager was doing the return and didn't correct the SA that this statement was not correct.
3 of us were very shocked to know that just because we did the return we are not allowed to purchase that day...just wanted to to inform the customers and upper management for the new policy or so called new policy of MK store in Aurora outlet mall.We left the store because we were told that we can't purchase anything because we did the return...

I received the below Reebok shoe as a holiday gift in December 2022. Did not start wearing until March 2023 and it is now April 27, 2023. As you will see they are not to used and 100% falling about. Reebok customer care just gave me the run around and then offered at $30 discount for me to buy new shoes. Would not offer a replacement. Online and store all suck. Shoes are low quality and Reebok sucks. I have ten pair, never had an issue. My first issue was so poorly handled. They just lost me for life...!!!

I’m leaving a review here because I can’t at my local store you shut down. You closed Bradley, Illinois and it’s the only place anyone shopped. The staff worked there forever and always helpful. Now you’re forced to drive to other locations, pay higher taxes and the experience isn’t the same. For the first time ever, I bought a button up shirt from Kohls because it’s close. I am not the only disappointed. Express, you really screwed up. I hope the staff that was there is taken care of. Rant over. Bring Express back. Thanks for listening.

I love this brand, but in this store they deceive people, I chose jeans, it was written that the discount was 70%, but the girl at the checkout made a discount of only 15%, this is their mistake and this is a lie. I am very dissatisfied. i feel cheated

Amazing experience!!! Katherine and her team made me feel like family from the moment i walked in. I own multitudes of watches, and shop the industry religiously. When I entered the store I was wearing a watch that means the world to me, yet it's not worth a whole lot. But it was given to me by a good friend who passed away. The watches battery died over a year ago. Since then, I've taken that watch to more than 10 jewelers, 5 brokers, and countless other watch distributors. One of the pins was ceased into the case and no-one have ever been able to remove it. Not until Katherine called over Trevor and asked him to take a look at it. I told her and Trevor it was a lost cause. They both smiled politely and asked if they could give it a try. 10 minutes later Trevor had the backing off, battery replaced, and refreshed all the screws back to new.
Now my best friend is back on my wrist and ticking like a champion.
I'm over the moon excited and happy with my experience.
I ended up buying a Diesel from Katherine also, the deal I received, was more than 33 percent of list.

Every time I come in I am never greeted. It’s to the point where I will ask myself if today is the day and I just laugh when it doesn’t happen. There was also a female staff member who rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude when I asked if I’d be able to try another size for a shirt (I was in the fitting room). The store is always a mess on top of it.
This is also a factory store, so you’re already receiving a downgrade in quality off the bat.
Mainline Express is a great brand - one of my favorites - and usually the service is great. This one, however, is an exception, and needs a major overhaul bad!

Tommy Hilfiger is one of the best places I have ever visited. They have a wonderful environment and wonderful customer service. Tommy is one of the best brands I have used to wear high quality material and a very unique design. This store especially has a lot of different designs. There are plenty of great clothes for everyone and the sales are amazing. I always find great customer service at all their shops. I love all the Tommy Hilfiger Shops. They are always clean, tidy and they have a huge range of men’s wear. Overall, this is a great shop and definitely recommended!

We have shopped there a few times and we really like the selection and prices. They always have a good promotion going. We love to find shorts and other clothes for our fast-growing teen. We love this store because it has plenty of comfortable clothing options and several outfits for dresses for our daughter. Great selection and prices on Gap wear for the whole family.

Customer service was phenomenal. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. When I needed a question asked, approaching a customer service representative was very easy and I would be able to answer my questions with ease. One of the best Ralph Lauren outlets, with a large selection in the men’s and women’s sections. With the Ralph Lauren brand, you simply will not go wrong. You have the security of style and quality, my favorite brand by far. It was a pleasure to spend our hard-earned money there. We will be back often. The store was clean and well organized. Great prices are always best.

I am a frequent customer at express. I came into this location around 8pm and was ready to try on at 8:10 noticed the fitting room has a clothing rack in front of it. Three associates were standing talking at the register nobody could bother to ask me if I’m doing okay or bother to tell me the fitting rooms are closed. I spoke up and asked excuse me are the fitting rooms closed & the male associate was rude and short then went back to gossiping at the register. Fitting rooms are closed early but all the associates standing at the register talking instead of working. Really disappointed at this experience will be going to another location now on.

Received the salesman very lost. They don't want to receive customers. I need to buy clothes for my husband, need some help, but want to kick me out. Just because my 5-year-old daughter accidentally sat on the shelf and fell down, my child scratched her leg and couldn't walk. but they didn't ask a question but said hello and kicked me out. the clothing store is very famous but it shouldn't have such bad staff. sorry I don't want to say it but I'm so sad. I hope the next time I go I don't see him.

Very poor customer care and worst attitude especially fitting room area he keeps half of the rooms empty but doesn’t allow customers waiting outside reporting his manger that all the rooms are full when customers waiting outside and when we informed him that rooms are empty then he let them in at his own pace and very very irresponsible and the store manager is an addition to this heights of attitude no wonder this store doesn’t have many choices now as they use to before like sales too. waste of time

Great sales, been coming here for years mostly for lounge wear. Today the dressing rooms were especially gross. Dust caked everywhere and looks like it's been a decade since they wiped things down. Didn't really want anything of mine touching the walls or floor. But you'll find GAP clothing staples at a good price.

Coming back from Chicago I stopped by outlets to make purchases. Spend +$200. Couple of days later, I noticed rips in my jacket. I called the store manager and she was no help in anyway. I offered to ship the jacket or send pictures and she was very short tempered and very unfriendly. We will never visit the store again.

Worst customer service. Continual decline of store quality. Nobody offered a fitting room. And passed by me multiple times. Finally got a room. Never checked on me, needed another size with no help. Two people working wandering around store ignoring customers. Finally went to check out and once I made it to the register the young woman walked right away from me. Left me at the register, didn't say a word to me before leaving me. Watched her walk back and start hanging clothes and trying to ignore customers. I was at the register just standing there waiting for her to come back. Made eye contact with her and she rolled her eyes and walked further away. Never came back to help me. Ridiculous! Young people with 0 customer service skills running this store. Please send someone to train these people.

I bought a watch and it was women’s (the guy didn’t tell me what gender but it looked like a small mens watch) and once i got home i looked the watch up and it was women's. I went to the store to return it but they said i couldn't because it had “scratches” but i only wore it once when i got home and it was kept in the box for the rest of the time. would not recommend at all the manager is so rude she needs to be fired and their policy is so bad. Please nobody shop here i'm doing you a favor.

I liked this store way too much. Great prices, found the exact shoes I needed for one of my boys, also great gifts for the hubby, which he loved. I am definitely going back here.

Worst service ever... I bought a jacket last month..we usually won’t store the receipts of any tommy products bcz we trust tommy... and unfortunately the product we bought was a defective one.. when I asked solution for this, they said they can’t do anything without receipt or a tag ... they are not even feeling responsible for there own brand product.. this is really ridiculous.. will never buy a product from the Tommy Hilfiger again and the manager of this store (tommy Hilfiger kids)was very rude, she doesn’t have minimum common sense to deal with there customers..

Love it here. The staff is always so friendly, there are always killer sales going on, and they also have quite a lot in here. Whether you're looking for bags, clothes, accessories or shoes you can find it all here and most likely on sale. I always have a good experience when I go here.

I love/hate this place. I love it because I'm one of the biggest Reebok classic fans ever. I hate it because I spent way too much money in there. The customer service far surpasses any other Reebok outlet I've been ton around the country. The Manager Alex made sure that I had 0 regrets when I left that store. The pics dont even show all of what I bought that day

I first called the Kenosha location and the employee I spoke to did not mention their name, nor give me any helpful information in looking for my purchase. I was looking to size a birthday present for my girlfriend. I then called this location and Justin was quick to inform me that the outlets don’t carry Legacy Lifters because of price point. He then went on to give me a very useful solution about how to size the shoe. My gratitude goes out to Justin. Best customer service I’ve had in a significant amount of time from any retail employee. Ten stars.

Purchased a Tory Burch watch as a gift for my sister and couriered it to India and cracks appeared in the strap within a couple of hours of use. Called the store and they said they wont be able to do anything about the watch and should contact the manufacturer. Why are they selling stock that are in such a fragile condition?

The service is superb! The staff at this location is always willing to go above and beyond to help the customer. Their sales are incredible and their selection is amazing!!! That is why I don't mind driving from downtown Chicago.
