This is directed at Banana Republic as a whole. Stop with the size inflation. Your slim fit clothes are not slim. You're not fooling anybody. Your 'slim' shirts are tents
Found what we were shopping for BUT staff was kinda rude & had attitude.
A customer complained about my child - when he started to get fussy my mom took him out of the store. Random "KAREN" was rude hateful & exclaimed. "Thank god that BRAT is gone"
He barely cried and was taken out right away. Staff & customers need to be more mindful of what they say.

This is my #1 place for sandals. They are always a great fit. Sandals are super comfy for wearing everyday. I can walk long distances without getting blisters on my heels. These are quality for a great price!!! I currently own about 7 pair of guess sandals and love every pair!!! Guess yall should make me your sandal tester lol!!!

Pretty cool, looks like they're are getting rid of their winter stuff, but the store is not hard to find. Very neat and clean and the young ladies customer service was awesome! This is my second time there, and will always visit when I'm in town!

If I could give this store/latina manager -10 stars I would! We drive from Columbus today to visit this store(only 10 people in the store at a time) and she was very very rude to my husband who was pushing our 2 month baby in a stroller because he was looking at mens clothes by himself, no one around, and had his mask under his nose because he has trouble breathing and is not required to wear. We had planned on buying a lot of items because Guess is one of our favorite stores(not anymore). She chased him around and then towards the exit by where I was by and started yelling at him in front of everyone and our children to LEAVE THE STORE because he would not put his mask over his nose. This is downright horrible customer service and a horrible way to treat good customers and LOSE customers. If Guess cannot get rid of this employee/manager and hire someone who respects the customers then they will continue to lose so much business at this location. From a lot of other reviews it looks like she has been disrespecting customers for years. Please Guess read this comment and fire her and give the job to a better person who will help contribute to your company and not give it a bad rep.

Customer service is very bad. I came to return the goods and they person who has the code for returning wanted took 15 mins to come on register.
Being only 4' 9", it's extremely difficult to find dress clothes & jeans that fit. I was extremely impressed with the inventory available. It will definitely be a destination shopping spot for me. On the downside, not one associate spoke to me or asked if they could be of any help. This should be addressed with the staff at Premium Outlet Mall in Monroe, OH.
The staff were very friendly and attentive and the clothing was also fashionable and very affordable. If you need some clothes for a casual outing or a more fancier one without breaking the bank this is the store for you

The price online and in the store not same at all I asked the Morocco cashier she said we can’t Much the price and I believe her and I buy after two days I went their again to buy a handbag and other lady was their I told her that the price online it’s shipper and I can’t order online I need the bag now I have birthday she said yes we can much the price and I buy with same price as online 49$ and in the shop 79$ ahhahaha I cant understandable come this big difference. And about customer service it’s disaster I wait 1h plus until they answer very poor staff and customer service
The products looked nice, and the prices (that I could actually find) weren't terrible. However, no one greeted me. I did have an employee follow me very closely like I was a thief. Needless to say, I did not appreciate that. What I would have liked is to have been greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything.

Worst customer service ever. I bought $300 worth of new arrivals and went to return 1 piece (jacket) as it was defective. Maybe it's my fault that I've lost the receipt but the conversation I had with manager was funny.

Me: I'm here to return this.
Cashier: Sorry, it looks like it's bought from Guess retails not us.
(manager walks in)
Manager: (without knowing the situation, he assumed I'm asking for a different size)
Sorry, this is the last piece I have left.
Cashier: (frantically) NO, he wants to return this.
Manager: (silent for a minute) Sorry, we never carried this in store this year. It looks like Guess retail.
Me: (Laughing) But you just said this is the last piece you have. :)
Manager: I have poor eye sight, I thought it was a different jacket.
Me: Okay, could you please look it up by serial number in your system?
Manager: (pretending to look up in computer) No, it's not in the system. We didn't carry this.
(I saw on the glass behind him that he didn't look it up in computer.)
Me: (showing him the same jacket online) Here it is.
Manager: Yeah, we never got it here.

I have never experienced horrible customer service like this in my life. Well, it was dumb of me to buy from Guess anyway. There are better options available.

I should have read the reviews before ii ordered. I ordered an item on Thurs., the 20th at 5:24am and paid to get it 2day air. Today is the 25th and i still have not received my order. I called the customer care number and as stated in the previous review, they are rude! I asked to be refunded and they tried to come up with excuses, then they tried to offer my half of what i paid! NO, i want all my money back! This is my first time ordering from here and it will definitely be my last!
