Absolutely ridiculous lakes in to the store to find 6 members of the staff blocking the aisle talking about racism and their HR. Never once stopped to ask if they could help me don’t waste your time here, you’re not on their personal agenda.

My fiance and I were away for our Valentine's day weekend and who doesn't like shopping. I mean it's not my most favorite but we always go to old navy. We like the clothes their pricing is normally very reasonable so it's an easy choice to go to. We have three kids we have to take care of some cost for anything is very important to us.

It was a store I don't normally go into. It's not normally my price range or style. However I was looking for a nice dress shirt to wear for my fiance's and I engagement pictures. We found two shirts that will work perfectly and on sale. We paid 40 dollars for shirts full price would have been over 100 for both. Overall great experience and would definitely go back.

Men is so vast, everything is neatly organized and staff were very willing to help. Left with buy 1 get one for 5 bucks jeans and some T’s. Some items were confusing as to wether they were on sale but it was easy to get a helping hand!

Love going shopping here! We didn't find any great deals however it'sbetter than going to the mall because this is like a mall outside. They have a nice food court. The only issue that we had was locating the restrooms! They were always so far away from us too.

I used to love OLD NAVY, but it has stopped selling to the wide base it did and it narrowed to 20 somethings and under.

I used to get good quality clothes there too. Now everything is poorly stitched and made with terrible fabrics that don't last.

This review isn't for the store I went to but rather the chain itself.

The inside of the store was so shabby and felt dirty. The prices here weren't any better than the regular Old Navy store. Just shop your regular store when sales are on to save money.

Always shop at Banana Republic for their style, comfort and quality. Wool, cashmere and silk at its best and affordable prices!!!

I love BR stuff. It is great for work. Clean and nice to shop in pretty but annoyed they removed their petite section. It made shopping so much easier.

For the cost the material is trash!! One pair for 35$ and the zipper broke like two weeks later and one pair that are thankfully lasting,,, the back pocket guess label is ripped in half!! I spent 123 dollars for trashy material and to add... there is a (no) return policy,,, lesson learned,, not shopping there again!!

It was absolutely mobbed. We had to wait in line for 25 minutes before we entered. The staff was nice however they were out of a lot of sizes that I needed, so I only wound up purchasing 1 pair of jeans.

Stood in front of the line waiting to get in because the store had reached its maximum capacity. My fiancé and I both had our masks on and my son (turned 2 last week) who was sitting quietly in his stroller did not have one on. The girl waited until it was our turn to go in to deny us entry into Guess because my TWO year old sitting inside a stroller did not have a mask on. We went into about 10-15 other stores and it was completely okay. Not a single look from employees, no attitude, nobody telling me it’s a “law” for 2 year olds to put one on. 5-7 year olds without a mask on and none of them were told about it. I go grocery shopping and just about everywhere with my son and have never been told about him not wearing a mask. For starters toddlers do NOT keep them on. I find it ridiculous she was so rude about it because I refused to suffocate my baby in a mask. Was my favorite store to shop in before but I deff will not be visiting it anymore.

Very reasonable. Item for December 26 posted up to 70% off posted list prices. However, there were items still scanned at register for regular and not listed for sale. Everything from babies, toddlers children tweens teens men's and women's and jeans listed on some percentage discount off manufacturer suggested list items. For a post Christmas sale the items listed weren't too bad. 4 🌟 s for limited items list at 70 %.

If I could put 0 stars I would. One saleswoman (Lina Hernandez) didn't allow our friend to fit a shoe that's worth $29.00... she was even asking our friend if they are really going to buy it.. wow, work on your customer service please.

She was even arguing with my friends instead of saying sorry. Wow.

Good womens and mens clothing store. Quality is very good. Their sales are generally good. Regular prices can be somewhat higher. Great location here with lots of competition.

So disappointed today with Old Navy. They are so disorganized. The prices were not placed where it was supposed to be. The customers are confused especially me. I kept on asking the sales rep to scan for the prices & it wasn't even close to the price listed. I'm sure they could do better. I spent more time trying to figure out the prices than shopping. Hopefully they'll improve on my next visit. Customers shouldn't have to waste time trying to figure out if the price is right.

The man that helped my son and I was extremely helpful. He was very clear, calm and to the point. They had try on shirts in the dressing room that helped us find the proper fit and size for a dress shirt. We got 3 dress shirts for $79. I thought that was a great deal considering an individual shirt was about $59. I would suggest to go here for dress clothes. Nice ties as well!

Probably my favorite designer at the crossings. Great jeans and hoodies, not cheap but not expensive with quality that can’t be beat. Not many other choices in the crossings for clothes even with 200 stores

Nice showroom. Neat displays and helpful staff. Very happy that I finally found my cashmere and Merino wool sweaters here. Can't even begin to describe how difficult it was to find these sweaters in other stores. Not sure why other stores don't carry cashmere and Merino wool. But I'm glad this store does. Good job with keeping in stock a good variety of items.

My go to shopping store for work clothes. Can't go wrong for the quality and prices. Nice petite section, which is perfect for me. Staff always helpful, store is always organized and clean.

Great sales going on right now and the employees are very nice.

Terrible customer service. Website says they close at 9 got here are 730. Employees couldn't even open the door to tell me the reasoning. Drove an hour and a half to only make a return and watched the brain dead employees look at me from inside the glass like I was non human...no wonder we pay people minimum wage in this country.

Got my whole family peacoats just for $30 each awesome prices loved this store and a blonde lady which I think is the manger was so helpful!!
