The best service I’ve ever had, very helpful, very hardworking, especially Laila, I think that’s her name, she deserves a raise, I’m talking 6 figures type raise, best experience I’ve had in a store at a mall. And also Zac is a great manager

No preparation whatsoever for the Black Friday crowds.

Due to an unclean/unorganized fitting room at this store, I stepped on the pin of a security tag with my bare foot. Needless to say I was not too happy. There is no excuse for security tags (especially facing upwards) to be on the fitting room floor. Talk about gross negligence.

We were doing some last minute shopping for a wedding and the staff was Very helpful and they even steamed our shirts for us!! 5 Stars!

Had the best experience here this afternoon. Was looking for some new jeans, havent worn jeans in years so didnt know what style or size I was. The two young girls in the fitting room went above and beyond for me and were picking out styles for me to try and were just the best. They made me feel so comfortable!

Was not greeted when I walked in. Horrible customer service experience the workers were not friendly at all. Cashier was on her phone at the register while customers were in the store shopping. Did not feel welcome at all.
This is when I went into the Arie store. I always have a great experience at American eagle!

I can't get jeans that fit like these do anywhere. Im a bigger woman and find it hard to find pants that fit and look good but they have them there.

I used to visit this Express Outlet before, it used to be maintained very well. Today I saw completely different picture. All the trial rooms were full of cloths and it seemed like it was not cleared for couple of days to atleast mininum. I really did not expect it to see store in this bad shape. I am not sure if I will feel like returning back here.

I was attempting to return a Christmas gift on a Wednesday evening at 7:10pm only to find the doors locked and the store closed. Who closes their shopping store at 7:00pm???

Waited til the weekend to go back to return my Christmas gift and the cashier was very nice but their system wouldn't allow me to return my items. It printed out a receipt with a phone number to call to inquire as to why I was denied my return. The cashier informed me she had never seen one of these printouts and she has done many returns without a receipt.

So then I call the number on the receipt and the woman spoken broken English and I could hardly understand her. She told me without proof of purchase my items cannot be returned. Gift=me not having proof of purchase!! Nor did my 80 year old grandma think to get a gift receipt. The lady on the phone just kept repeating the same thing over and over until she got very rude with me and wouldn't tell me anything different.

Needless to say I'm disappointed with the store if their policy is no return at all without a receipt. People get gifts ya know. Won't shop at this store again.

Founds some items on sale for grandkids today. No crowds and plenty of parking.

I really like this location; I can always find a deal. The staff also always greets me upon walking in and they are very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a brown tie and one of the staff members though they were sold out, so I went to check out. Little did I know, he was still trying to help me and ended up finding me a brown tie with a little dazzle dazzle on it. I can’t wait to rock it this week at work.

If I had to say one not so good thing about this location, it’s that you can’t exchange and/or return items from the regular express at this store (I guess this is more of a tip).

However, I would recommend this location and will return in the future. Thank you to the gentleman who always helps me.

Every time I come to this location, I find something. The staff greets you upon entering the store and are very friendly. I recently visited to return an item that I had purchased in Philadelphia. Although I didn’t have the tags to the item, I had not worn it and I still had the receipt. The employee inspected the item and I was able to make the return smoothly. I will shop at this location in the future and I do recommend it.

The store was clean, we'll stocked and lots of stuff to choose from! I have lots of sizes I shop for, so I'm looking for a big selection of clothing and accessories! This store has it, also a descent clearance section!

Great store! Can always fine something I need or want. Leggings are a piece of clothing I purchase alot from Old Navy! Prices are very reasonable.

You have a store full of employees (3-4) and the dressing room is closed due to "understaffing reasons". Staff members are not even cleaning/organizing the store. All of them where just talking to each other about non-work related things in the registry. This is definitely costing Express some sales.

Always closed. I’ve been trying to return a shirt for 3 months. I check on google before I go, like everyone does. “Open until 7” which is great because I have an hour drive.

I get to the door at 6:01pm and see this? ridiculous

Crazy busy on the weekends. The top I had picked out was on a rack that said 50% off. When I got up to the register it rang up full price. I told the cashier it had the 50% off sign and she said well the computer says it is full price. 19.99 I said well they might want to check the rack because that is misleading. But she shrugged it off.
Gonna try it on but if I don't love it... its going back.

Very small and not much of a selection. It seemed like the prices were a little high for what they had to offer as well. We were not greeted by any staff. The music was upbeat, the store was clean and it smelled nice.

You just can't beat the prices here! My husband and I both got several things, probably around 8-9 shirts in all and our total was $85. Whaaat!? I'd pay that much for one pair of jeans at our local Express. So pleased! All the employees were eager to help and were very friendly.
