This Old Navy is always clean when I come & always have great deals going on. It was nice & quiet and I was able to shop in peace.
Nicky, Erlina and the girls are best because they always help me find something. I come to make credit card payments but always end up buying outfits because they know how to style it and bring me the newest items.
The manager, Benita I believe her name was, was very sweet and helpful. Thank you!!
Would have been 3 stars, but the store manager is very professional and went out of his way to be extremely helpful and nice. He's definitely a 5 star manager!
Terrible manager( young Hispanic revealingly dressed woman ) gave me unnecessary headache about my timely return with receipt for not having physical credit card. While I was able to purchase with Apple Pay, and every store automatically charges back to the card , she had to show her importance by making me call Guess support to authorize it. I lost time , unsure what she has gained . Perhaps career at FBI or police is more appropriate

I love this Brand, however giving 1 star for servicing. The lady who was working there did not let me saying that they are closing soon. So disrespectful and disappointed. Prefer go to different BR store.
Hadn't been here in a long time but liked my experience. If you want casual clothes this is a good place to go. Got a couple of nice cotton dresses and shorts for a great price.
Ok Let me start with the guy named MAX. I was there for an exchange he made me paid extra dollars and I did pay that and when I go back to return my stuff. he was so rude , nasty, arrogant to answer and raise his hand saying i cant help it. That guy crooked me and made me feel helpless. I visited the store at least 5 times to get my money back.
There is one guy named STEPHEN. I don't know if he is a store manager or associate. He promised me that he will speak to the supervisor and will call me back and He did follow me up next day and help me to get my refund. He was very helpful, respectful and very kind.

Love me some Old Navy. Look around for great finds. If you check the label, they are the same fabric, but with a different label
Bought a pair of suit and dress shirts… excellent fit!! Max (one of the staff) was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Met all my needs! Highly recommended!
This was the worst experience I've ever had in a store. I usually shop online for marciano but I had return a few items. The manager she is a small Hispanic girl. She gave me the worst attitude because yes I was taking a while and making sure that I find something nice but she just got tired and was rushing me and gave me a nasty attitude it was obvious she wanted me to leave. I think the store should replace her or teach her how to treat people.
Mostly why I love express is because they have a lot of smaller sizes. But also it's affordable and the clothes last a while if you take care of them. It's perfect for frugal professionals. This store's AC was out.. wow it was hot in there. The employees had great attitudes and were super kind and helpful.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve experienced shopping retail. Walked in the store layout was amazing, and Debby was very helpful in my selection.
This Fercandy manager can due a better job with her attitude. Is always rolling her eyes when asked for help and looks constantly annoyed. I wonder why they transferred her from Edgewater to Garden State Plaza. Could it be the nasty attitude???

This place is super inconsiderate. The company wouldn’t help with expensive clothes that were tailored incorrectly. Essentially told us to just deal with it. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, just store credit but all they could offer was $20 after I spent hundreds, ridiculous.
I came here because I needed clothes for a job interview, and a wonderful woman named Themba helped me out. Not only did she guide me to this season’s most fashionable businesswear; she even picked out cute blouses to wear under my blazer to give me a pop of color. She was friendly, helpful, and diligent, and I was very impressed with the store’s customer service overall. Every employee I came across was equally helpful as well, and I’ve been coming to this store for years now. For the past 5 years or so, the great service has never wavered.
The door is open, but they still have customer inside also the managers don't even care about customer service. I told the guy I know what I want and I point it and he told me to BUY ONLINE. Hey, everyone, they don't care about the customers we better just buy online if you go to the store try it on and, buy online as they want. Thanks.

This is the best place to shop with the best customer service, I had Lorenzo helping me! He was so good that I called to ask for an specific cloth and size and he went look for it and placed it on hold until I went there. He went above and beyond with his great customer service! I have not come across a sales associate who is helpful, kind, sweet and accommodating like Barissa in a long time. she was very attentive with a beautiful smile she helped me pick out some really nice pieces tonight. she is a great asset to this store!!!

Not very welcoming , spent 6 mins in the store never got greeted once. It was not busy and personally just didn’t feel welcoming. The whole staff was behind the register

Hi. For the first time in my shopping experience, the mall security and the Paramus department cops were called on me by the Guess staff member at this store. I was almost done shopping and about check out, that’s when the staff member confronted me in presence of other customers and brought up the merchandise returns incident, the last time I visited the store. The staff member, who is a middle aged lady was extremely unprofessional in putting forward her concerns of my last visit. All I need is for GUESS to explain why 4 COPS and 2 Mall security officers were called and this extremely important because it all happened in the presence of my WIFE and my 13 year old SON.

What a wonderful location and experience! Emily and Max are two assets to this company. Emily was so kind and gracious as she helped me find sizes while I was trying on clothes, and her manager Max was right there to assist her with anything she would need and help out when she was so busy and attending to so many customers. I highly recommend this location. I can not wait to come back! It was an incredibly busy Saturday and they handled it like true pros. Kudos to the whole team.

Ricardo was beyond helpful while shopping for a new coat. Thanks to him, i received many compliments on my wedding day. He's very kind and patient. I have return to this store a couple of times ever since because of his great customer service.
Staff was really friendly. They helped me look for the jacket I wanted and gave me a biased opinion on it. If I wanted to see it in a different color or style, they would go and get it for me and not just point to it.
Staff were friendly and helpful when I inquired about a shirt, said they didn't have it in stock but found another store that did. When I told them I'd go buy it from the other store they offered to get it mailed to me instead. The whole process tool about 35 minutes, which isn't too bad, but then the shirt never came. They took down all of my cardholder information, but still, I never received the shirt. My card wasn't charged but there were no updates or follow ups on the order. Really disappointed because I was buying it for a family member as a graduation gift. I just wish I had a courtesy call or follow up message as they had my cell phone number and email address, along with a bunch of my other info. Staff were nice though and store is well maintained, they just dropped the ball.
