My koro came in to the store the other day and had the best experience ever served by Rosie!!! He honestly cant get over her service and how amazing she was! Thank you so much Rosie for making my koros day 💕 will defs be back!!!

06/05: The clothing collection available is decent, if you’re looking for affordable dress shirts and pants then I would recommend this store.

The customer service is the reason why I’ve rated Connor Manukau a 3/5. Having multiple customers in the store yet the staff members were chatting amongst themselves. Totally fine if the store wasn’t as busy but they didn’t seem to care very much.

Yesterday while visiting this store I had amazing experience….by a lovely staff member on the floor….she offered to assist me find stock out the back for my size request….which was successful.
The check out staff member Claudia was so lovely….cheery and helpful…..so many stores I visit hardly say boo let alone appear helpful. This great friendly service stood out….hence this review.

They helped me fine exactly what I wanted. Layout was cluttered but that’s my own personal preference

After our 5 family members spent 30mins in the store and with around $500 worth of items to purchase, we were told that as the store was about to close and I couldn't try on one pair of pants for sizing.

Yes, there are protocols, but read the room.

Quite nice. decent suits, decent service. Ended up doing most of the service part though as I am a sales rep myself.

Big store, wide aisles, always clean & tidy. Friendly staff, easily located & finally found a nice tailored denim vest.

This place have an amazing atmosphere to do your clothes shopping good customer service reasonable price.

Really disappointed with Connors Manukau. Not sure I would have been treated so poorly in Australia shop. Bought these jeans four weeks ago. Worn twice. Washed twice. Whole knee just disintegrated. Was told it’s just wear and tear!! Really. You could eat your dinner through that hole!! Customer care 0. Customer Service 0. And that’s out of 10. Even when I said surely under the Consumers Guarantee Act they should be replaced. Nope. Not interested.
Come on Connors. For the sake of $39 bucks you’d rather loose a customer and get poor reviews. I went to another clothing shop not to name anyone and they were appalled to say the least.
Time to step up Connors.

Kartika was amazing with customer service. We bought uniforms for our prayer group and she went beyond finding the right sizes to suit us. Recommend highly 👌👏👍💯

The staff and store are great. Went above and beyond to help find my step daughter's iPhone. So disgusting that some thief took it, ruining her entire holiday experience.
Thankfully the staff were absolutely understanding and searched the change room and took details. I wish more shop employees were as kind hearted

One of my Go To places for affordable pieces. Has a great selection of hats and shoes, definitely you would find something suitable for most people. The clothing always feels a bit hit and miss with quality and sizing. Just try everything on! Some things you would have bought online look awful on and others you would skip on by, look great. 3.5 stars in my opinion. BTW, canvas shoes in the pic were awesome in summer.

Great service and price. Today I purchased $69.95 formal suit black pants. Cheapest price out of Tarocash $90, Farmers $70, Yd $90 stores in Manukau mall. Helpful young lady staffer. Will visit again. Thanks.

Terrible. Shop was a shambles, staff were too busy talking to theirs mates to offer any form of service. Never going back to this store. Shame really because only had positive experiences in their Australian shops.

Cotton on Manukau outlet. Service by the young lady at 2.15 Saturday while very busy was exceptional. I had to wait for my daughter try several outfit on over half an hour and the young lady looking after the changing rooms was so polite to every customer. She kept the space so tidy and clear. Well done.
