Marshalls is the best place to shop top quality merchandise at excellent prices. Clothing, shoes, household items, cookware and other products. Always a five star experience.
As an impaired person I visit Marshall ar Plaza America's PR every week FOR 2 HOURS.
I DO NOT HAVE WAIT IN LINE TO psy when I show my ID.
It's not the case at Mavcys or Burlington stores.

I love this place you can find wherever you need to resolve your trip.
Nice little store. Love this shopping area.
I visited this store not many times. I am not sure if return policy had changed, although i got a cashier ( that said she work on the jewelry counter and was helping in the main counter as a cashier) treating me like a stupid mom telling you that you are totally wrong in returning an article without a receipt. This is the first time a Marshalls employee behave like that in more than 20 years i had visited different stores in Puerto Rico. In US the service had been excellent too except in this occasion.
Marshalls, please train San Juan employees fo them to deal with al kind of situations.
The right way to do was to tell the customer in a respectful and neutral way that the article had been out of the store more than X amount of time, the system dont recognize it and we only can give you a gift card.
Not was right telling me that marshalls realized that people are coming without receipt wearing articles and returning them ( and this is only one example of what she said and imply). So rude woman.
Not all your customers are like you have in your mind, and a respectful person don’t deserves that kind of comments. This only happens in San Juan because people are rude every day in the street and think that is acceptable at work.
Please train every employee of the store including managers to ensure this does not happen again. I will avoid visit this store as possible.

Low inventory in some items...but great selection of high quality products
Never disappointed, find something each time I go and quality.
I went for a luggage, you can find lots of designers clothes and accesories for less than regular store!! It has parking! Inside Plaza Las America! It has parkings!!
