Really like the quality of the clothes and style.

Me and my mom came here looking for me for a luncheon outfit.Miguel & Kayla were very helpful there was a variety of things for me to choose from for me being 6'2 and needing long inseam. I got a blush pink blazer and matching pants and my mother was able to get approved for the store credit card. This will be my go to store because the clothes accommodate tall and slim guys like me.

I would like to be able to come here without the staff side eyeing me when I ask where the fitting rooms are. 7/23/22 around midday - otherwise, the clothing selection is great. The cashier at checkout was very pleasant.

A couple years ago this outlet used to be a regular Express.
It’s kind of funny that I couldn't tell the difference between the now outlet and the old full price store. Everything was arranged the same and the service seemed pretty similar as well.
I think the only two things differences were the word 'Factory' above the entrance -AND- (probably the most important thing), my receipts totaling an average of 45% LESS than they dd at the full line/price store.
I didn't even have to drive to some rural suburb to have that happen! 😂 Time did it for me. So happy, thanks!

One thing to remember here is that sometimes you don't get to use the coupons since everything is already a lot cheaper. I always look at clearance items and the deals in the store. Or check with a sales person to see if I can use the coupon in the store so I know how much I want to spend.

I came here today to find a quick outfit for an event I have this evening and not one person asked me if I need any assistance. There were about 5 employees standing around with very few customers in the store so it’s not like they were super busy and couldn’t ask if I needed help with anything. Nonetheless I grab a couple of things and headed to the fitting rooms and of course no one to be found so I proceeded to a door that was already open. I tried on a couple of things and wanted a smaller size. Since there was no one there I had to put my clothes back on and find a different size my self then back to the fitting room. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I would not recommend coming to this express. If your able to go to a different one please do.

Jasmine is outstanding. She helped us feel so comfortable while we were shopping in a hurry. Literally made Express feel like a visit to an actual tailor. This was all while she was still helping other customers. As far as the other employees, they all at least spoke or checked if we needed anything else. It was refreshing to see such a high level of customer service at a big commercial brand such as Express. It is usually rare to find happy/content employees at big name stores.

If I could give the store 0 stars I would. I was here two times this holiday season and my experience was HORRIBLE!!!!! The staff has no knowledge of their own products. Both the times they gave me the wrong information. The first time around the manager made it right. The second time around when I got to the counter the cashier Liz was RUDE! She was giving me an attitude the entire time when I was conveying to her what I was told. I will never come back to this store!
