The counter 13 and 14 was rude to me and the manager also super rude cause I wanted to return something and they told me to do the line again and that doesn’t make sense , Action must be taken against them because they act according to their desires.
In this store I found beautiful shoes and sandals during the summer and during the winter .
They are a smaller location but their customer service is great and they do have an amazing selection of hair products and skincare products. They need a larger men’s section though

This branch is so big and they have a large variety of cloths for women, men and kids. They also have shoes and house stuff. If you’re near Barclays you should definitely go ahead and take a time to check this store. I loved the coat, tshirts, shorts. The prices are really good, and all the cloths is unique.

Store wasn’t as bad as it usual is with people the line wasn’t as long. They had the store semi organized but couldn’t believe they didn’t have much wrap paper they always have gift wrapping paper and they had nothing not even bags I’m so surprised. They had a lot of new items set up for the holidays coming up and a lot of home accent furniture. Hope they restock on paper it’s always at a better price at Marshall’s for good thick paper. I asked a worker to help me and she looked but didn’t find anything in the areas they would’ve had any.

Went in today to exchange some pants I ordered online and was immediately helped by Edgar, who assisted me in finding a few pairs of jeans I showed him online. He was so friendly and came to check after I tried some clothes on that I was all set! And then Takisha (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) at the register was patient and sweet -- shout out to the managers at this location for being intentional about the employees they hire! The customer service was exceptional at this store! Thanks Edgar and Takisha!!

I mainly come here for the good prices. They have a lot to choose from but not always have my size. I like the store and I like to recommend it.
On 11/20/23 around 1:30pm, my elderly parents went to this store and were shopping for the holidays, My father takes care of my mother as my mother has a condition, he thought it would be nice to take her out of the house so he took her to Kings Plaza, while in Express, My father gets in line and starts paying for his stuff but obviously anyone with few brain cells can tell he doesn’t speak the best English, but he is trying. So the cashier that is ringing him up starts having a side conversation with a friend of his who didn’t look like an employee but regardless, wouldn’t you want to finish what you have and then move on to the conversation? Well my father mentioned somthing like that in his broken English (more of a help me way) because he didn’t know what else to click on the screen. The cashier went crazy saying stuff like “who do you think you are telling me what to do” and what not, both my parents are confused and now he gets to a point of yelling while the store is watching and then tells them they are not allowed in the store and kicks them out. In stead of really arguing with the guy my father thinks of my mother and her condition and just leaves. The best part of this experience was when he stepped out of the store this cashier who by the way was telling them he was the manager, walks out side and fallows them to tell them that they need to wait because mall security was coming, now my father is scared because of the way he’s acting and fallowing them around out side the store in the mall. Keep in mind this is all happening while “the manager” is yelling on the top of his lungs while shoppers are watching… Anyway, instead of continuing their shopping in the mall, both my parents walk out the mall in fear of retaliation to them and because they don’t speak the best English they feared they would be blamed for what ever it was this loser was yelling at them for. The reason I came to a review was because they actually feared for their life at this point due to being fallowed/erratic behavior and considering the circumstances they were in. I am in contact with corporate now about this I really hope they have some kind of camera evidence of this event and fire the guy who claimed to be a leader, leaders don’t do that they creat better leaders and this was not it. EXPRESS DO BETTER please. I’m sure this person who claims to be a manager with behavior like a disturbed child has had interactions like this with others in the past. Your managers and other team members are a reflection of your brand. This was very sad
Update: 11/29/2023, If could take away the 1 store I would, I spoke to Molly from corporate and she was great at listening and understanding the issue but offering something to make your next visit better isn’t solving the issue we are not going there again, and I voiced this to her as well. It was never about the money it’s about safety for people that go in to shop. I do not recommend shopping at the Kings Plaza store after seeing a few reviews it shows this is common practice for this store. I get it Molly can only do so much from what it looked like. This was a huge disappointment. Please do your self a favor and don’t go there.

when I tell you the ‘employee Richie at this STOREhas done it again . . . . HE IS THE BEST,HES THE MOST PATIENT GUY YOU WILL EVER MEET IN THIS STORE MAKES ME WANNA COME BACK EVEN MORE , I usually don’t write reviews but i just had to make one for him , he found me a last min outfit for a weeding and everyone LOVED IT 10/10 when coming to this store please ask for him , he needs raise or something cause this guy works his wonders !!!!!!!

Only 2 employees was there and one had to stay at the door. The other on the register doing go backs and managing the changing rooms. I understand cut backs but this makes customers not want to come back into the stores. To be clear this rating has everything to do with corporate not the employees.
Horrible experience from the cashier keke. I placed my clothes at the counter when there was no customers on line, and no cashier at the register. keke got back to the register in a few minutes, she tells me to get to the back of the line, which formed while she was away. I explained to her I was there first waiting for a cashier at the counter when no customer was there.. She insisted i get back on line since “there’s a sign that says to wait here” in a very rude tone. Very bad customer service
Checkout service was friendly. Store was pretty organized, but had there not be a sale I might’ve not gotten anything. Try on rooms were a bit messy and I had almost no help.

They don’t honor the sale signs here!! There was a rack of clothing with ONLY the same two shirts and a sign above it literally said 50% off. I pointed it out to the associate and manager and they did not honor it! They told me it’s not the correct item on sale. I understand that, however, that’s not my problem or my fault. They shouldn’t have put all of those shirts under that rack if it isn’t on sale. They weren’t even making an effort to try and help me out. The manager acted as if honoring the sale sign would mean it comes out of her paycheck. Then the associate had the audacity to tell me “I mean it’s pretty cheap even without the sale.” I worked in retail for 7 months and I’m pretty sure you don’t tell a customer that! Never shopping here again. 0/10 experience. Go to the one on 34th street instead, way better.
I love this shop! I found everything I needed for my peeps back home. So much fun stuff!!! And I really appreciate the help and friendly service from their employee, Ingelin (not sure I spelled it right). I’ve never had more fun souvenir shopping!!

one of a kind shop with a lot of really unique local gifts! it's my go-to place when I want to bring something "Brooklyn" to friends and family. This place is family owned and run! The shop has a friendly relaxed bright and happy vibe. The owners are real Brooklyn neighbors and are also great to chat with about all things NYC. great shirts, cards, bags... A lot of the products are designed and produced on site! Definitely stop here if you are exploring Brooklyn or if you want to bring a piece of the city home with you!
I was waiting on line 3 cashiers talking to one customer after 5 minutes of waiting finally one cashier acknowledged me. Start my transaction and walked away without said anything. Second person came to package my stuff after like 4 minutes. Just horrible experience.
My mom was visiting and needed to find some cute NYC gifts for her friends back home in North Carolina. We were avoiding Manhattan and crossing paths with the NYC Marathon, so this store was a truly convenient find. The store is well stocked and the staff was super friendly. My mom got everything she needed at very reasonable and fair prices.

My wife and I were looking for a dress shirt, and my wife went to go all the young lady for help.
The young lady told my wife that she can’t help, went back on her phone and told her good luck.

Got profiled by store associates. This little girl literally came Folding clothes in EVERY SECTION I WENT TO. Passed me to the next associate who told me I can only try on 2 items at a time I have NEVER heard of this unless it's something new. She asked me if I was going to check the mens for the pants she recommended I wanted for work cause ladies didn't have cargoes in black. I said yes so she transferred the profiling over the radio to the associate upstairs . Who then assisted me. then I heard her over the radio saying im coming back downstairs. So they watched me throughout the store. Im returning the two shirts I bought today 7. 17. 2022 . I had to return a few clothes I brought online. . I should never be subjected to that. Not spending money there at that location. I would literally just return things there if I need to .

Very nice clothes, pricey clothes. Went in for a full suit, tie, shirt combo,, found a beautifully fitting black suit, paid a lot for it (alot for me, but $400 may not be a lot for others, I don't know), but for a clean sleek black suit, it'll be a staple that will last, so over time, the price will be worth it. Staff was helpful, they weren't pushy or following us around throwing clothing to buy in our face - I really appreciated the freedom they gave us to look, stepping in only when we had questions for them.
The store is very colorful fashion collection for the young people. Product is good quality and customer service is very good. You don’t need to wait that long in the line when you make a purchase. That’s why I like to go shop there. 2 or more cashiers open all the time which Is very convenient specially when you’re in a hurry. Keep up the good customer service.
I buy in the mail and in person at Express shops nationally. Their clothing is simple elegance if you style it right. Everything arrives when it should. No problems from express.com or in person. I recommend going to a shop located in a larger city to find more inventory because some of the stores outside of NYC only carry 2-3 items per size. I live in Express denim! You can make Express clothes look like really expensive clothes if you watch for getting the perfect fit. Some people who dislike Express I find out don't know how to wear clothes and go for too tight of outfits. When you are mindful of your real dress size and clothing for your body type, it's more affordable clothing that skims over you beautifully.

I used to live near this store and used to frequent at least once a month. I have had both good and bad experiences here.
The good is that they have tons of sales, someone is always out front to greet you, and they have a clearance and Aerie section in the back. They usually have a decent stock of items.
The bad - the cashiers are usually slow or rude, the lines are long and sometimes, its hard to find someone to help you.

Great experience. Amazing finished product. Done in a timely manner. And love the end result.
I chose this place it was convenient and had 4.5 rating. Not impressed. More disappointed. I was told a week for what I needed embroidered. Turned out week and half. When I called after a week to see if my order was ready , I got the feeling they hadn't started. I picked up 2 days later and they had embroidered the names on the wrong part. I asked for upper left side of the aprons and they did it on the center of apron. I even asked if they wanted me to place a paper or something so they could remember. I was told no they would remember. Only plus is price.
I came here to have a custom patch made and put on to a flight jacket. The quality of work was exceptional, the customer service was friendly and the price was very fair. I'm definitely coming back for all my future custom clothing needs.

Recently open a finess facility in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Wanted to order merchandise that displayed our logo. Heard about Big Bang Screen Printing from a neighboring gym. Michael was very easy to get in touch with, and invited me to his warehouse in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. He offered me very helpful suggestions, and was very eager to assist me with my requests. To my delightful surprise, I received my merchandise two days early, and it was hand delivered personally by Michael. He was able to offer some different ideas working with his graphic design team and logo/lettering I had in mind. Mikey went above and beyond in making sure my order was delivered on time and pretty much beat every price I was quoted which was just an added plus. If you need any type of t-shirts, sweater, tank tops he is your guy. He always answered my texts no matter what time it was. I used Big Bang after I had a horrible experience with New York City Ink when dealing with my client, Tarzan Tree Removal. The owner, Michael, was able to fix the other companies mistake by delivering me shirts efficiently, quickly and top quality. He is so easy to get in touch with, as he always returning my phone calls within an hour. Each season when I need new shirts I either shoot him a email or text, he sends me an invoice within an hour and the shirts are delivered that same week. I would never work with another vendor!
Big Bang Screen Printing did a great job of a first order of t-shirts for my company Beat The Bomb in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Michael was really easy to work with, he even improved my design with some 'distress' on the logo, and they shipped the shirts really quick. I'll definitely continue using them for my t-shirt printing company needs in the future.
I have to say they make the best fabric name-tapes I have ever seen. Unlike so many others, their letter is clear and bold and the stitching is perfect. Matched with an AMAZING PRICE, it's my only source for name-tapes. THANK YOU!

They're quality is top notch. In a pinch, I've used other services before and they're never the quality I've come to expect from the Pitaoulis family's "MIlitary Tapes, Inc."
I can, without doubt say, "I highly recommend their products and services."
