Always a reasonable selection of fresh fish. Very moderate prices. For many years I have been buying at this place. No disappointment so far! I'm a big fan!
Top quality for fresh fish. They also sell Super Sashimi Grade Tuna at 33 euros per Kilo. The workers are also customer oriented and efficient are very efficient in cleaning the fish. Highly recommend.

Ohrmann ist ein toller Ort für ein leckeres Mittagessen. Man kann sowohl draußen als auch drin sitzen, und das Fischhaus befindet sich direkt am Oederweg.
Die Fischbrötchen (vor allem das mit Matjes) schmecken wirklich sehr gut und werden zu einem fairem Preis angeboten. Dazu hatte ich roten Fischsalat. Sensationell!
Die großen Gerichte sind für meinen Geschmack zu teuer, auch wenn die Qualität ohne Frage hoch ist. Aufpassen: das Fischhaus hat relativ kurze Öffnungszeiten. Vorher checken, sodass man nicht vor geschlossenen Türen steht.

I wanted to buy some fish to take home but I decided to have lunch instead.The portion of the white fish was generous but not tasty,not fresh I would say.I understand we are in Germany but this can't be an excused not to provide really fresh fisch in a fischshop.
The vegetable were tasty tough.I 'm not sure ,I would give it another go .

I came here straight from the airport for some Matjes Herring.
It was everything I hoped it would be. Freshly cleaned, melts in the mouth with a pronounced buttery consistency.
Potato salad went well with it, but the cabbage salad was even better pairing.
Friendly owner and staff speaks good English, so feel free to ask any questions or just what they recommend.
I'll come back here any time I have a longer layover in Frankfurt!

I am very happy with the fish and service from this shop.. I say it from my own personal experience once or twice every week since 7months.. They exceptionally fast in cleaning the fish.. Awesome work and service.
Wir bestellen schon seit Jahren und wurden noch nie enttäuscht - wir essen eher Standardfisch, aber dieser ist super lecker. Als vorbereitetes Gericht Kabeljaufilet mit Zitrone Thymian Parmesan ist eines unserer Favoriten. Besonders gefallen uns die wirklich gut gesäuberten Garnelen, Fischfilets etc und die Zertifizierung ist laut WWF Fisch-App auch ganz oben in Qualität, Zucht und Nachhaltigkeit. Noch hervorzuheben sind die Salate. Ob Fisch, Meeresfrüchte oder Fleisch-wir lieben sie und sie kommen immer sehr gut bri unserem Besuch an.

Found this place just by googling "buying fish near me". This place does have a lot of options and the waiting line was long, didn't expect that. But the guys are friendly in there and my server even gave me two fresh lemons just as a friendly gesture, which always makes a place much more likeable. Too bad it is far from my place but whenever I show up around here I will definitely stop by to buy fish here. Highly recommended if u like fish.

The fish was completely bland, unevenly heated in a microwave and partially rubbery. The potatoes tasted like cafeteria potatoes - and all for €15 which is brazen.
They do have nice outside seating but the culinary experience is comparable to Ikea, at three times the price.

The best fish market in the area. Fish is always fresh and the choice is wide. Employees are here to help you with all your questions and to prepare your fish just the way you want. I love how they are always in a good mood and smiling. As a person that grew up on the seaside I strongly recomand this place!

This is kind of a secret spot for fresh fish in Frankfurt, as the place is super small and they only have bistro tables for standing. But it is totally worth eating here, as it is quality German style food. I would come here every week, if I could. This is a must-try local family-run place!

Wonderful fresh fish and in house dishes. You can opt to either buy the fish for home or let them prepare a meal for you. I can highly recommend their fish soup too!
Best fish place in Frankfurt. Have been buying fish from there since it opened like 12-13 years ago. Never ever got a non satisfactory fish from there. The owner and the staff are always patient and friendly and will answer all your queries. Would highly recommend this place.
