I ordered from here pretty much every night and the last 4 times I have not been getting everything in my order

Food was solid, as it always is with Taco Bell, but this place was not up to par. Every surface inside was just... sticky. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Service was *incredibly* slow. Again, food was fine, but overall the place was disappointing.

The chalupa shell felt and tasted like cardboard. I left feedback with no follow up. Went to another store in town and the chalupa was delicious. This store had a quality problem they're not willing to resolve. Thank goodness there's options.

We have now ordered 3 times from this location, both on doordash and the Taco Bell App. Each and every single time, the Cinnabons are forgot. It’s almost as though they don’t make them at all. My stupidity to have ordered them past the second time, but thought we would try again on the app tonight. They also forgot a drink that was on the order. When you call the store, you’re told to contact customer service or drive in to pick up items they forgot. I guess when you pay the increased convenience prices per item, delivery fee, and service fee, I would expect at least the food to be all included, almost $10 for the Cinnabon bites via delivery that has never been received.

Best taco bell around, the staff is polite, nice and they don't forget any items. Also the food does not taste weird or stale at this location so even though I live down the street from one of the other taco bells I always make the drive to come to this one.

Ordered online and got a confirmation email and order number. Arrived at my scheduled pickup time and they claimed that my order was declined even after showing them proof. The manager was extremely incompetent and kept using the excuse that he doesn’t do anything with the online orders. Told me to either pay again and then refute the first payment with my bank. Thanks for absolutely nothing, never ordering from here again, don’t waste your time.

As some of the other positive reviews say, this Saint Cloud Qdoba is a decent alternative to the Saint Cloud/Sartell Chipotle's local poor customer service and overcharging. The workers here are friendly and willing to give slight extras of some food (rice, salsa) for free, both of which I appreciate. Keep up the good work! :)

The people that work here is what truly keeps you coming back. The food is delish, I mean of course there's that. With so many options for food nowadays. I know I'm getting an AMAZING EXPERIENCE consistently when I come here. Thank you to all the staff who put their heart into their work.

Been there about 4 maybe 5 times and the employees are all super friendly and the food hasn't been bad yet. Its a HUGE plus that they don't charge for guacamole and queso. Unlike Chipotle these guys serve you with a great attitude and beautiful smiles!

Me and friend thought it would be a great idea to have a dinner night at Taco Bell. My friend order her food online and she got her and the lady seemed fine at first but than when I ordered my food the lady was having an attitude with me because when I received my food it was made completely wrong I asked for the cheese and chipotle sause but both were added and my nacho fries were supposed to be large but I got a small. I went up and asked the lay If they could fix it but she said she made it right and refused so I just sat down and brushed it off . Then I went up to see if I could get a water up and she said we don’t do water cups and walked away. VERY rude lady. With a snarky attitude this was at 9pm. This day

I would give a higher rating but an employee wearing a shower cap sees us getting out of car to and walking to the door and rushes to locked the door around 9:45 when the sign says we are open and your sign says open 10:30-10pm. My husband open the door and walked in which made the employee with the black shower cap mad and she came walking up the door angrily to lock it again. I am sorry but this is rude and unprofessional. We eat quite a bit of Qdoba every month and don’t appreciate being treated like this. Train your employees to be more friendly with customers because this is not right. I work in a grocery store and wanted to to treat myself cause of the holidays but I couldn’t get in so my husband has to order for me. If your sing says 10 why are they locking the door at 9:45. The food is great thought but that was the only good part of this interaction.

Ordered online. First off any order bigger then 50 dollars won't let you order. You have to split it up in to two different orders. So I ordered two orders for my friends and Ii had my friend go pick it up. First order was a meal for 4 and the second order was 3 quesadillas with extra meat beans rice nacho cheese sauce and extra shredded cheese. First off they didn't have half the order even tho they told my friend they didn't just one item for the first order but the rest was there. The second order the quesadillas didn't have extra steak, no nacho cheese sauce, and they didn't even put the jalepeno ranch sauce on the quesadillas even though I didn't take it off my order. And on too of that they didn't give me my hot suaces I had ordered. Worst experience ever. I will be taking my business to taco John's for now on. At least I know my food won't be made by imcompetant nut sacks. If I could give negative stars on reviews I would. I should mention to they were like 10 minutes to close but at the time of my order they were an hour to close. When my friend got there the guy at the drive through kept making comments on how they will be closing in a few minutes. We'll it's not my fault you guys take 5-10 business days to make an order for a customer. And if they didn't have the food to make an order I shouldn't have been able to submit my order online, which is usually the case when trying to order something on the app. Plus I have worked in food industries before and I understand not having some of the items to make something but for the most part when a customer order even 2 minutes to close we made the order to the fullest we can.

I usually love going to this taco bell however recently within the last month or so.
Every single time I order a bean and cheese burrito and ask them to add sour cream and every single time now my burritos come with no sour cream even though I get charged the 0.39 cents for the sour cream per burrito and its not just night crew I ordered around 11 am and still no sour cream. Seriously they stolen money at this point from me. I'll just go to the one on 3311 2nd St S, St Cloud, MN 56301 at least they have there priorities straight and I get what I order everytime!

Stopped in tonight with intentions of ordering food. Went inside to find about 15 people sitting around staring at the counter area. Noticed not a single employee in sight. After waiting around for 5 minutes we saw a total of 2 employees for less then 5 seconds and neither of them bothered to start on food or ask if anyone wanted to order. After waiting a couple more minutes we decided to leave. This isnt the first disappointing experience at this location.

We got the right amount of items, labeled all the same, because why label the products properly...? Anyways, my wife swapped out her beef for chicken in a beefy 5 layer, and they took it up on themselves to give everything upgrades. All our ground beef with the exception of 1 beefy 5 layer, had been swapped out for chicken. My nacho cheese gordita crunch was swapped for a plain steak gordita. I would have complained but since we put our order in through the app, and the messed it up this badly, that meant they clearly did not know how to read. I just didn't feel like confusing the poor illiterate soul working last night and didn't want to make their night any worse. Plus, if they can't read, I did not trust that they could leave a note for management to get back to me. It is super nice that they are giving illiterate workers jobs, but maybe this person needs to move somewhere with less reading.

We like Taco Bell. This one, on the East side of St Cloud,Mn,,,well they messed up 4 of 5 orders, one being ours, while we were there. 5-7 employees were "working", but actually only 3-4 were. Others were standing around, chatting. The manager did literally yell at them while we were in restaurant "to get it together". Oh, and side note, they messed up my order last week, but not those with me.

Had a fantastic experience at this Qdoba location. Service was fast and the lady who made our meals was super friendly and made probably some of the best burrito bowls we have had. Fantastic portion sizes, she listened to our requests, and was overall a very nice takeout visit. My wife and I agreed it was by far the most flavorful rice we have ever had at Qdoba. Thank you!

Was trying to find something to eat here at 11 o’clock just got out of the hospital from visiting my fiancé who is stuck in the hospital for another 11 weeks.
Because of construction I had to drive all the way to the Sauk Rapids Budweiser bridge to come all the way back to find the drive-through, not working pop foamy as hell and soggy tacos with nothing in them don’t even go there. There’s a quick trip down the road.
Complete waste of like $12. Drive-through not working as well.

If only I could give a 0 star. This place sucks. I'm currently sitting there whilst writing this review. The food is trash and the tables are filthy. Everything sucks. Thie soda machines dispenses like 70% water, 20% air and 10% actual soda.

In 2023, navigating to the restaurant becomes a bit of a challenge. The ongoing construction makes the usual route inconvenient and time-consuming. I hope this issue gets resolved soon because it can be frustrating for customers.
Despite the difficulties in getting to the restaurant, I would consider eating here again if I'm in the area and craving a quick, affordable meal. Hopefully, by that time, the road construction will be completed, making it easier for customers to access the restaurant.

I’ve heard mixed things about this location and one previous visit was not bad, albeit not stellar. What you might ask was bad on this visit?
1. The employees worked with no sense of urgency, quite the opposite, almost purposely slow. This was my first warning sign - the lack of caring.
2. They were out of guacamole and didn’t tell me instead they let me leave the store without it, even though I was charged. I had to call to find out what happened & the girl that was the lead told me they don’t do partial refunds and the best they could do is offer me free chips, and guac the next time I came in.
3. The gentleman that handed me my food straight up lied to me. I asked him if there is pico in the bag because I didn’t see them put it in. He looked in the bag and told me yes! Guess what? It wasn’t!
4. The real icing on the cake was the quesadilla - you know, the meal where cheese is the main ingredient. Well, not this time - there is no other toppings that I ordered on my quesadilla except corn, and the tiniest bit of cheese I have ever seen in my life (pictured is the part with the most!). There is so little cheese that the entire thing came apart and wasn’t even edible except as a corn salad.
5. Might as well not stop now, because my meatless meat was also burnt to a crisp.

I ordered 4 sausage patty crunch wraps and they all had little to no sausage ,no sauce , made with small tortillas and was completely dry. I come here at least 3/4 times a week for breakfast & I’m so disappointed to the point that I will never spend another dollar here again .
