Not all fast food places are equal. This Taco Bell is what you expect from fast food. Fast and friendly without breaking the bank and our order was right!

Del taco is my favorite fast food- I was super excited after a long day to indulge! the service at this location is the worst most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. I actually regretted going and was left feeling embarrassed. The 2 girls were rude mean and irritated I was there. Yikes! And I swear I was extra polite, kind and used all my best manners thinking that would help. Nope and the food was slopped together super gross! Maybe you are thinking well it’s fast food but my total was $75 so it could have been a better experience. I’m so disappointed. Also I asked about the app the girl was Disgusted I even asked about it. Acted like it didn’t exist and I was crazy. To bad

This was a nice find. Our food was fast and fresh and the service was great.

Location lists dining open at 6am, yet was still closed at 8:30am when I arrived. When businesses post hours then don't adhere to those hours, it is time to go out of business. Avoid this location.

Workers forgot to give me my second drink and didn't offer hot sauce.

You really have to go out of your way to not be able to wrap a burrito correctly lol. And if you look at the picture it would look like i paid for tortilla not burrito. The the little boy at the register was kind of nice, i guess they were in a hurry but there was absolutely no line. How weird and i LOVE del taco, but i guess this will be the exception. I dont understand you pay the employees more, hand off the customer a higher price but the service exception stays just as low as it was. I should definetly get my money back.

Dont go to this del taco, let it lose business so it can shut down and open something better. Taco bell is down the street.

I have been coming here for takeout dinners the last 2 years, about once a week. The food is amazing, the asada is really smoky, with the bbq grill right on the back bumper. They use large shrimp and grill them up too.

I would say in San Pedro this stories the best one of their stores in San . There are a couple different one but this one stays open the latest and it's the cleanest of the 3 stores in town, they have a great staff and late night drive through with one particular girl a the drive through that is always smiling with a inviting attitude that makes my interactions there most satisfying of Taco Bell could have her train the other stores Taco Bell would definitely get 5 stars. The only down fall in all of theirs store drive thru are the lack of room to steer your vehicle through without hitting your tires. The truck that I drive isn't a big truck and the turns in there are way to tight. That's my exoand I hope you get the chance to have the same experience as I've had.

Been going here for years. I went here today to get the usual and they accused me of giving them a fake $20 bill... they said they ran it through their machine and it came back as fake. It wasnt, i got it from a friend who bought a speaker from me and i watched him get it out of the atm.So I told them to give it back to me so I can take it to the person who gave it to me and they were actually gonna try to keep my money and tried to tell me that i had "done this before and they have a picture of my vehicle from the last time". I have never passed a fake in my life. I held up the entire line, told them to call the police , and then they finally agreed to give it back only if they could write FAKE across it in marker. I agreed. Im glad that i didnt back down cause I then took that same bill to the laundromat and asked my friend to scan it in his machine. The bill passed. I had to take the bill to a car wash and get dollar coins because they wrote FAKE across it and it was too embarrassing to take it to another store. They falsely accused me of being a thief. This isn't the first time that the staff has been rude, but this is the first time that they made an accusation that was totally out of bounds. Won't be spending my money here ever again. I went to the taco bell that was on 1st, and there a sign that the policy is not to keep fake money, but to write FAKE on it and give it back. They tried to keep it at first so I think it was all bs and they were trying to come up

Ordered on Postmates 2 times from here in the same night first order was over 40$ and missing almost all of the items and was 30 min late (I live less then 10 minutes away) Postmates gave a refund for the first order I then re ordered the missing items the second order and I only received drinks from the order and note; it wasn’t the drivers fault ether because I asked about the missing items and then said that’s all they gave them… I then tried calling Taco Bell 2 times and no answer. Super annoying to say the least

Unsafe neighborhood. A lot of homeless are passing by. Two cars almost got into a fight in front of me. I was quoted $20 for 2 drinks and 1 quesadilla de al pastor, yet they charged my card $23.15. The food was okay but not worth what I spent. Definitely not coming here again.

Observed raw uncooked fries, just sitting on the counter (in an open bag) instead of refrigerated or in the freezer, employee used their bare hands to put fries in the fryer and then didn’t wash their hands when handling cooked food and or money. I have seen poor food practices at many Del tacos and now this one is added to the list.

BTW - Owner, I tried to use the contact us page but it did NOT have the correct option in the feedback page. See picture. If you want customer feedback then ask Del Taco corporate to design a form that isn't a piece of garbage! I've said all I need to say. If you care about food safety FIRE THE OLDER LADY who was working at exactly noon. She was likely the manager and shame on her, she should know better!!!

I ordered a Cantina Chicken Taco which is what I had been craving. When I got back to work to eat my dinner, I had a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla which isn’t what I ordered or wanted. I called the restaurant a total of 8 times and never got an answer. It was very disappointing considering I didn’t order a quesadilla. Unfortunately, I was charged for the wrong item. A waste of money and food.

A Middle-of-the-Road Experience at Taco Bell

Taco Bell has always been a go-to fast-food option for me when I'm looking for something quick and affordable. However, my recent visit left me with a mixed impression, leading to a three-star review.

Firstly, the convenience and affordability of Taco Bell remain unmatched. Their menu offers a wide variety of items at wallet-friendly prices, making it a solid choice for a quick meal on a budget. The value for money is undeniable.

On the flip side, the quality of the food has been somewhat inconsistent. While I've enjoyed some of their items, there have been occasions when the tacos were disappointingly soggy or the ingredients lacked freshness. Consistency in food quality is an area where Taco Bell could improve.

Love this taco truck. Food is good and not to mention they're open late night until like 1am which is a plus for me after a drunken night not stingy with the portions either so you'll definitely get your moneys worth

Order tacos plain and they made them wrong plus tacos were broken, tried calling no one answers. Cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there. And asked if we wanted sauce and didn’t even give us what we asked for. Also asked for a nacho cheese cheesy gordita chunch and was given a regular cheesy Gordita crunch

Edit* Both Saturday and Sunday night they're closed at 1230am..they are obviously not open 24 hrs. We went there after work at a local bar. So about 230am. We went there because Jack in the Box was packed and no one was in line at Del Taco. I went craving specifically a Double Del Cheeseburger, usually that's what I get, have been since I was younger. The drive thru employee says they're not making burgers at the moment. To me, having also worked in fast food, they had already cleaned the grill for the night and decided they didn't want to make burgers anymore. Incredibly disappointing. We ended up getting a couple chicken tacos, a Del Carbon, a grilled chicken burrito and a drink. Better prices than other fast food businesses, however I'd wait in line next time to get something I was craving from a business, instead of settling for my second option because of the employees not wanting to make that certain item. Service wasn't bad though, I've had an extremely rude drive thru employee there before, glad it wasn't the case this time. Overall, the food we got was good as well.

I think is was Sunday May 28,2023 was National Hamburger Day. I received a text saying if I buy one Sat or Sun I would get one free when you order from the app. I ordered on the app for pick up at Del Taco on Gaffey in San Pedro, and clicked on everything that was supposed to be clicked on. I ordered to pick up and take out. When I received my order there was ONLY one hamburger in the bag along with the other items I ordered. I asked the "manager" about the buy one get one free offer and he had no knowledge of that offer. A couple weeks ago while I was getting my motorcycle repaired I received a text from Del Taco saying order through the app and get 20% off. There were no coupons to click or numbers to use, just order through the app. I ordered through the app and when I picked at the Del Taco on Alondra in Norwalk, CA up my order I was charged full price. I sent an email to Del Taco and I got back an email explaining how to use promotions on their app. lol To use the Jack in the Box app I don't need special instructions or anything like that. I use the Jack in the Box app and Taco Bell app all the time and have NO problems at all with their app!!
I REALLY DON'T THINK I WILL BE GOING BACK TO Del Taco anymore. Even for "Mexican Food" fast food restaurants, there are TOOOOOO many others to go to. Hell, Taco Bell has more around and better food!! SORRY Del Taco, you didn't call as I asked, your "managers" don't have any idea what is going on, you just lost a customer!!

Usually a very solid Taco Bell experience. Service is generally friendly and attentive, and I rarely have the "they forgot item X" problem that's so common elsewhere. Sometimes slow late at night... expect a wait.

Food came out nice and warm, and tasted good as usual, however my ONLY CONCERN is that I've noticed the prices are slightly going up....whatever happened to 39¢ original tacos?!?!?

06/29/24... 2230.. about 1030pm .. younger girl, I order from sounded off..
It was a wait in the drivethru, which isn't a problem. But when i get to widow. I previously asked for fire and hot.. I got 4 hots.... I ask if I can get more sauce at the window. She she said I gave you what u wanted... "Maybe miss heard. "... but I leave real reviews.. this was with attitude , with a smile.... so my thoughts for the place.... it's fast food.....this is an in and out type of place..., not drama. As fast as possible.

Always quality service at this taco bell! The store stays clean, food stays fresh and hot, and the employees will make sure to closely listen to every customer's requests or criticism to make sure that everyone's needs are met & they can walk away feeling full and content with a smile on their face 😎

The tacos were good i got asada con tortillas hechas a mano ❤️ each taco is $2.50 they sell tacos burritos sopes mulitas sodas aguas etc they are open late last time i passed by they were there at midnight.

Ordered 10 pastor tacos and they gave me 10 chicken tacos. Pastor doesn't sound remotely like pollo and the chicken was awful. Changing my review because that's 100% bs.

The thing that bums me out is their food is delicious, but the fact that they told me $20 as a total and then when I got the receipt emailed to me it was for $23.

This is the second time the amount that was charged was different than the amount I was told and there is nowhere that discloses that they charge to use your card, which is illegal in the state of California.

I live down the street from this Taco Bell and have not eaten here in literally years. My Neighbor got food poisoning eating here, so I just stopped eating here since then... Decided to go by tonight and have a late dinner.. Stood at the register for 5 minutes no one said a word to us, such as “someone will be with you” or nothing like that... Finally, I asked if this register closed since we were ignored.. The witch in the back had the audacity to say “we are busy” with an attitude. Okay, so you’re too busy to say someone will be with you shortly? Of course you’re busy. This is a freaking fast food joint! Not to mention there were no one at the drive-through as we walked in. We crossed over the drive through and no one else was in line to order but us. No reason to have people standing around looking stupid when you can acknowledge them and let them know you will take their order as soon as possible. Never will I ever go to this Taco Bell again. In factly, never will I ever visit another Taco Bell! I don’t even normally eat this type of fast food... But I’m glad I did not end up spending my money here. We went elsewhere to eat.
