What a friendly staff working here. I ordered spicy chicken and falafal rice bowl and the staff was so polite and humble.The members named Nisurg, Poojun, jaydeep, Romil and Harsh were so friendly and were well experienced. They always have a positive attitude whenever i visit and always greets with smile. Every member of the team plays a vital role in creating magical moments for guest. Outstanding service and food. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this Bar Burrito!!! The food here never fails to impress with its freshness and wonderful flavors. The staff always greet you with a smile and are incredibly friendly and kind. Another plus is the affordability of the meals, which is great for enjoying food without breaking the bank. The restaurant itself is immaculate, high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. A friend of mine who's a chef at a Waterloo Local restaurant, had mentioned to me that burritos should never fall apart. Since then, I have found that many restaurants (especially those who call them burrito restaurants) often create burritos that are not wrapped probably
My second Challenger, Bar Burrito, is located at 569 Fairway Rd close to Fairview Mall
The first picture is how it looked after taking my first bite. The second picture is me finishing my burrito. You can see the food had fallen out, but the actual burrito wrap never fell apart. I needed to finish my burrito with a fork. I would give this wrapping 3.5 out of 5

The smallest amount of beef & cheese I have ever received on a burrito. For 15$ I am eating rice & beans.
I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The staff were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Has been my all time favourite place to have burritos and quesadillas. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!
Exceptional dining experience at this restaurant! The service provided by Romil, Nisarg, and Jaydeep was top-notch. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency truly added to the enjoyment of our meal. Kudos to the fantastic team!
ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE IV EVER HAD, EVERYSINGLE TIME! Food cold, drinks warm, ask for extra cinnamon sugar on my cinnamon twist and litterly had 7 twist and more then a half a bag of sugar?

We thought we'd try something different for a quick lunch on a Saturday errand day. Very, very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and the experience.
First, the place is spotlessly clean. We noticed a fairly steady stream of customers through the door but the tables were clean and housekeeping was tidy.
The big thing is all the ingredients are fresh, fresh, and fresh. The salsa, tomatoes, beans, onions, etc., are all top notch.
Chowing down on a burrito with tons of flavour burst was the best. Highly recommend.

I live across the street and go all the way across town to avoid this location. Havent eaten here in atleast 6 mo the and I still KNOW they is location sucks. Makes the whole franchise look bad. It's bee years ! Avoid this location if you can.

Not fresh🤮, tasteless food + the meat portion is tiny compared to what you pay. Just hoping I don’t get sick as the food tests like it has expired. I think the 5⭐️ reviews are fake. 💯% avoid this location if you value good food and your💰.
We are always welcomed warmly when we come, and are recognized often (they often remember what we like to order, even if we haven't been in for a long time). The food is great, and by comparison to other similar franchises, they are second to none. Highly recommend!
I have been eating here quite frequently and my biggest upset currently is that they no longer have hard shell tacos and you can't oder "Nachos" (like the kind you order as an app at a sit down restaurant) anymore. The service seems to be slow most of the time, although theubare making your food as you wait infront of you, how you order it. It could still be a bit faater. The atmosphere is stale and dull. The staff used to be more friendly.

If you are looking for consistency, the Ottawa River location is consistently bad every time. They were out of the desert I wanted, tells me after I already paid and offer a substitute, not a big deal. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for my son's big crunch,was told after already paying, in the drive through. A little perturbed. I ordered fries surpeme with no meat, which was repeated back to me twice. Get home, fries are covered in beef. I don't eat beef, that's why I specifically asked for no beef. This location has screwed up so many orders. I'm done with second,third, twentieth chances. I'm done.
Needs to be shut down. Ice machine has been broken for 8 months. Now the drive thru speaker is broken have to drive up to window to place order. Longer wait time now. Store owner is either too cheap or just doesn’t care. He sits in the store most of the time too and watches his staff. Very uncomfortable if eating in
Happy to change review If owner makes it right... waited 10 minutes in drive thru and not a single car was served in that time at 1235pm on a Monday. Was only 3 cars In drive thru at the time and again, not a single one was served for 10 mins before I took off. This isn't an employee problem. This is a management problem.

A guy is good in nature who serves me the food. The food presentation is very good. And they maintain the same taste of the dish every time. Overall good an experience.
Overall the burrito place is nice, but i have a complain about one of their employee who took my order yesterday. There was a very foul smell coming from the person (the smell is very strong), I believe he was chewing tobacco. I didn’t understand how he was even allowed to consume it. Even my other friends have noticed this person.
Really had wonderful experience as it was my first time going to barburrito and really the burrito bowl was savory, had an exquisite taste in it.

Normally they do well, but the last few orders have been flops. :( The burrito (which was supposed to be chicken, rice and veggies) was essentially just rice. Not that it mattered... It was totally burnt anyways! Similar issues the last few times we've ordered. Pretty disappointed.
Received an undercooked crunchy chicken. If my friend didn't point it out I would have eaten it and gotten very sick. Terrible experience will never eat here again.
Hope google have less than one star. They deserve 0 star. Less quantity and the worst is when i eat that i got sick. Owner or manager I don’t know who is that guy but he is rude. Tasteless food.

Went through the drive thru and let me say the person taking the orders was very polite, but had such a thick Indian accent and spoke very fast that we could not understand a word he said. He read the order back slowly three times and we still didn't know if it was going to be right. We order over $60 worth of food...the wife likes it the next day and when we got home everything was squished and the taco pizza was underneath everything totally ruined. Please learn proper packaging techniques.
