The first time using this petrol station whilst riding through Ashtead and it will most probably be my last...A large puddle of diesel all over the floor which was impossible for my son,who was with me, to avoid on his motorcycle...not impressed at all...why aren't these spillages reported to the cashier by who ever has done it...or why isn't the forecourt checked by a member of staff on a regular basis....it's just not good enough... diesel it's highly dangerous when it gets onto our motorcycle tyres,boots and foot pegs. Disgraceful😡😡😡

On 4th of August between 19:30 and 20:00 o'clock I bought pack of beers. The price on the tag was £5.99 but on the tilt I pay £7.15. When I ask why the price is so high the man on the tilt say something like "This is the price". He was so busy to talk on the phone. Very disapointing place

The toilet was blocked with supply crates and no effort was done by staff to ensure i get to use the washroom. Its just basic customer service to move the supply baskets and keep entrance to washroom accessible. But the guy says sorry its blocked.

I frequent Shell Ashtead, in the mornings, in order to purchase petrol, and other bits and bobs. It's always an incredibly smooth experience facilitated by the wonderful cashier (I believe his name is Senthil?) who is always exceptionally friendly and very expedient with any requests or help.

Terrible service from rude staff! Topped up my fuel today and entered the shop (previous customer just leaving so cashier had clearly been at the till), only to find cashier helping delivery man unload. Not an issue but he didn’t acknowledge me in any way. When, unsure if I’d been seen, I said “excuse me, am I able to pay?” I was berated for being inpatient as he allegedly had seen me enter the store and said I did not need to be entitled. If wanting to pay for fuel is entitled then I’m very happy to be less so!

I think now is as good a time as any to recognise the gentleman who runs/works at this garage; we are local so have used it for many years. He always greets you with a smile and goes the extra mile to help you plus the site is always immaculately kept. Amongst all the recent chaos with fuel supply, these guys are having to cope with extra stress, enquiries and bursts of high activity which again he seems to maintain his excellent level of service and friendliness. Very highly appreciated :)
