Very low customer service, cockroaches turn around especially in vacuum side, I work on that suburb and like Shell coffee taste, So every Sunday I'm in North Parramatta and go there for a coffee and their coffee maker is out of service in eachSunday !!!??? and there is a very impolite and rude personnel there. So seems this guy turns off the machine from the start to end of his shift to don't need to clean it off in the end of the day, something so strange that I have never seen anywhere else.
Clearly No regular inspection on weekends from weak management team done.
However on weekdays Danny is there and he's very polite and nice, but I don't go there anymore, I'm going to 7/11 on the opposite side instead.

The man did not let me buy a car wash when the store was still open

Most pathetic customer service i have ever faced in my australian life. I am from india and from punjab. We always ask nicely to someone kaise ho which means how are you and especially if we see someone from my country. He got pissed off that i asked him kaise ho which he could understand but he replied me in tamil. Did it make sense?. You became arrogant for no reason mate. I delete the first review. I wrote so much but i thought its better not to mess up with your job. Everyone is having livelihood and making money for their family. But i would suggest learn some customer service. You could easily say bro i dont speak hindi. Then i could apologize start speaking in english which i did. But trust me. U just made my mind from now onwards i will ask someone how are you rather than speaking in my mother language or my national language. People from your place are very kind and know how to treat others. U need to learn something.

I could not believe what I saw!
I really need some sort of explanation from the management of this store, as the way the staff disrespected and BULLIED us as a customer.
As I’m emphasizing again, if I don’t hear about this oncident from the management I will 100% follow up with ombudsman and further related organizations.

Big corporation like shell needs to be responsible for their employment and the way their employees behave. Disgusted!

Staff needs training on how to better service customers. They never cease to surprise me every time I need to reprint/reissue car wash vouchers (because initial voucher wouldn’t work after first wash), it’s always “I am new here, I don’t know how to do it.”

Car washing machine didn’t accepted code within validity period. Vacuum code has 45 days validity… that didn’t work either. Phone number displayed there for help but no one answered. When I saw staff(Danny)… he nodded negatively and was reluctant to give alternate coupons. This pathetic… not receiving service for which I have paid upfront.

Worst customer service ever. For one single wash need to come again again but, that car wash never works neither endup in queue for hours and at the end the staff says we're closing soon i cannot wait for you until your car finishes bla bla.. been there back to back days same story repeats. There isn't any -star rating would have given -5 for their rude customer service.

Buy 2 car wash, 1st time fine. Next time come back use the same voucher code not working, queue for 15mins for a car wash and need go to the shop to get another code for car wash. Stupid system..
3 more cars in the queue, won't waste another 20 mins to wait for car wash.
