Was grateful a fuel station wasn't too far from the centre of town! Polite man on the till.

Recently changed brand. Now Valero and is competing (and sometimes beating) pricewise with Sainsburys (opposite).

I refused to pay for a coffee as it poured over an inch from the top. I was informed this is normal. It isn't anywhere else I've brought a costa!

Payed to use the jet wash, which broke down after around a minute. I asked for a refund, he refused and said I most have broken it. Asked for details of the manager which he gave only to be told after ringing that he has nothing to do with the Esso garage. I would avoid this garage at all costs!!!

Just popped in to fill up, forecourt & shop appeared neat and tidy the staff were pleasant although fuel about 7p per litre more expensive than Astwood Bank where I had travelled from.

The woman with the short haircut and chipped tooth (Sam) has a belligerent attitude. Learn how to treat customers. If not, get a job that doesn’t involve interacting with human beings.

Cashier was manipulating. Guess he seen me with a dog and pretending to be nice, bought 2 packs of cigarettes and there were extra charges on it, charity or whatever, no wonder I seen him quickly press the button on the machine. Thought was helpful but actually not.
If it’s a charity or tips it’s up to customers!!! Not you do yourself seeing people struggling!!! Disgrace!!!

Poor - they overcharged me when I added a 99p flapjack box to my fuel bill of just over £80.00. Had I not noticed IT would have cost £9.99 so nearly extra £10 on my fuel bill. I even mentioned I'd never spent that much on a tank before. Partner took a photo of fuel reading. No proper apology makes me think it happens regularly? Beware if it might be a scam. Check your fuel reading and get a receipt every time!! Won't be using this garage again EVER!! No decent apology, made me very wary!!

Fabulous layout. Super easy to get to. Coupled with M&S and an amazing selection on offer. It never disappoints.

Reasonably priced petrol and well stocked shop

Went to return an item I had purchased using Collect + and was dealt with by a miserable woman who clearly has no customer service skills.

Abigail Cottrell who posted three years ago is spot on. I have no doubt this is the same woman who I have just had the pleasure of meeting.

She did not greet me, waited for me to approach her, barely spoke unless it was grunts and seemed completely disinterested in working at this location let alone in a public place.

She was no help what so ever and I will go out of my way in going somewhere else now.

She must of really impressed whoever gave her a job as god knows how shes got employed with an attitude like hers.

If the Car Wash is out of order, the staff never bother to put any sign visible from road side, so you'll park up at the car wash, get your toddler out the car, queue, to be told "nah its not open".
Well thanks for not blocking of the route to the Car Wash with a cone and a sign, which would take 2 minutes to do.
Did I recomend you pit a sign up to prevent me from doing that the last two times that happened?... yes

Nope
If the Car Wash is working, it will leave your car smeared in a grey film and still dirty in places.
Most expensive petrol in Droitwich too ... so just don't go there folks.

Used the car wash for 1st time £7 only cleans 1/2 of the car Disappointed.Not like there food

Clean and tidy but also quick..........no queues such as seen over the road, and Tesco points collected as well. Cannot be bad.😊!! Quality fuel and normally at the same price as Sainsbury fuel. One issues is the closure of the site when a delivery is in process but a small price to pay occasionally . Shop is limited but sells some basics and also coffee. Forecourt is spacious between the pumps, which can be important if you drive a large car or van . The site is in front of a small business area which includes Newbury motors and also Classic and Modern Motorcycles. .....both just behind the garage.

Efficient and friendly staff well stocked shop.

Just a typical petrol station, layout of pumps is a bit dodgy though
