Special thank you to Tina at Lower Earley Asda who went out her way to assist me this morning.

Store hygiene is abysmal. Most of the packaging in the fridges are damp. The young staff on the floor appear to be more interested in chatting about their social life than be productive. Guessing a severe lack of management to blame.

5pm on a Tuesday and there nothing in store what is going on

Was shocked to see an Asda delivery driver pull onto my driveway when I don’t have groceries delivered. When I approached the driver to ask him what he was doing? He promptly honked his horn raised his middle finger and sped away like a coward. What a brilliant first impression of the company. The cretinous individual clearly forgot that he was in a massive sign written panel van

Whilst convenient, items are often priced incorrectly on the shelf and you are charged a different (often higher) price when you go to pay. Customer service is also poor and staff can be quite rude, especially on self checkouts. Very disappointing for such a large supermarket in our local community.

I always find the checkout staff friendly and helpful. But recently there has been no toilets available for a number of weeks.
This is truly disgusting and a terrible indictment of the poor management of the centre. Surely this contravenes some health and safety laws.

For two hours we were shopping with the children using the ,,scan and go system,,,... during self check out we were selected for security check... the lady had to check 37 products!!!! After some time, when she checked products on the top, she started putting the food on the floor!!!!!! I noticed and the lady was rude and offended. she stopped scanning and left me with children without any reason!!!! After some time, a man( area leader) came and took away the basket, saying that they had to scan EVERY product at the till!!!!! (shopping worth £150)... the service was very rude, the products were dirty and crumpled... they started shouting at me and being rude... .I will never go there again after being treated like this...not recommended. ASDA Treat you and your family like a potential thieft!!!!!

I don't understand why there is never any gluten free bread at this store. All the shelves are almost empty each time I visit the store. I assume they just can't be bothered to keep customers who suffer from gluten allergies supplied with this staple of their diet. I visit the store about twice a week and on my last 5 visits I have been unable to obtain any gluten free bread - in particular those made by Warburtons.
I visited the store again on 7th March. Still very little in the way of gluten free bread, no Warburtons gluten free bread. Also the cakes and biscuits section of the gluten free goods was almost empty. See the additional photos. I have asked Asda staff to look in the stores to see if they had any bread to be put on the shelves and they said that there wasn't any and that not enough of these items are ordered to satisfy the demand. On my last 6 visits to this store I have failed to get gluten free bread.
At the Tesco local store where I have to go now to get gluten free bread the shelves are always fully stocked and there are no issues getting the items I want. I don't understand why Asda seem to struggle to keep their gluten free shelves filled.
