Super Service!

These guys are top professional - the service is fantastic and they have excellent knowledge of their sports. Big selection of high quality equipment but it is the service that sets them apart. Highly recommended, even if you have to make a little drive to reach there.

This used to be my favourite store, and I went there to shop almost weekly.

Things are not the same anymore:
1. Selection of items are shrinking, basically there are no choices for real bicycles with real gear system.
2. They refuse to service any out of date or items not sold by them.
3. Items used to be reasonably priced and decent quality, now they sell Chinese made junk and very over-priced, you can literally buy the same items from Galaxus at 1/2 the price, and AliExpress at 1/8 the price.
4. Staff used to be friendly and helpful, now there are barely any on the floor and probably overworked and unfriendly.

Even in June 2023 I had a decent visit, in July~October 2023, I am finding myself going there just to find out that they don't have the items that should be available according to online store, some parts are literally behind the counter and almost hidden.

I am going to stop wasting my time going there. I am still having a good experience in the Zurich store, but Hinwil is always a waste of trip these days.

An excellent Decathlon. Loads of different options for sports and plenty of cheap options too. Came across employees that spoke excellent English, which was quite an unexpected surprise. Always happy to visit this Decathlon.

A typical branch of the Decathlon chain, they al got the same look and the same inventory / goods, as every other store of the company.
The staff is helpful and nice, and you can park for free behind the store,
so yes, if you are looking for stuff for your health you can go there without any worry´s.

Size is quite acceptable but the best is the customer service. This guys explains really good everything and in case they don't know don't hesitate to call other people. Really the best !

If you need advice for every kind of sport and clothing, your at the right place for that. The consultation is great and they take there time for every customer. The prices are fair and mostly like the general market. If your looking for a discounter your at the wrong place. But they have some occasional sales.

Very friendly staff and lot of choice

Large selection of winter sport equipment. Prices are very competitive with last year's models available at a steep discount.
The material is similar to anywhere else, however the service is outstanding. I bought new skis, boots and poles and are enjoying happy. They took their time to figure out what I need as well as tried quite sure options which were all not bad until funding the right fit for me.
Try to get there early before the crowd otherwise it gets quite packed and I could imagine the service would suffer.
