I wasv really trying to navigate to gate 3, bit Google maps doesn't allow you to navigate to specific gates at The G, and as our seats are in the bay right in front of the shop I navigated there.

I recently purchased a shirt from this shop and was assured of their return policy, which stated that items could be exchanged or refunded if the wrong size or if a change of mind occurred. However, upon realizing the shirt was the wrong size and returning it just a few hours later with the tags still attached, I was denied a refund as they claimed they didn’t have my size in stock. Despite following the stated return policy listed on both the receipt and their website, the manager refused to honor it and even declined my request for an exchange to a different product. Additionally, the store’s cleanliness was subpar, with clothes strewn on the floor behind the cash register. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this shop.

I had really bad customer service from woman by the name of Hannah last night, what a nasty girl who wouldn't believe the carlton membership card photo i had on my phone was mine, like i was lying. Should have shown my licence as proof of name, but didn't think of it at the time. Even served someone else while i was buying a couple of blankets, waiting for me to prove the membership was mine, she demanded that i show her emails from the club that i had received. Absolutely unacceptable, considering we pay thousands of dollars a year in membership. And its not like the shop wasn't really busy. I had been in a queue for 10 mins before being served by her. She was so rude! I missed the first 6 mins of the 2nd quarter as a result. Next time i won't bother with the shop!

-Online opening hours say the store closes at 5pm. I got to the store at 4.45pm and I was told it was closed and to come back tomorrow, it took me 2 hours to get there.
- Today I called to check to make sure the store had the Melbourne All Stars shirt and I was told they were too busy to check and that I had to come in.

Absolutely disgusting service.

A well set out shop, but the staff appeared lazy and unwilling to serve or assist. A line of 6 people, 1 register open, 3 staff waiting around deliberately avoiding customers glances. Preety ordinary, would not recommend.

Decent range of stuff at ok prices, you really wanna shop the sales here, otherwise any normal afl store will have better range at better prices. But if your only visiting once you gotta buy your token Pies Guernsey from the home ground right?
