Bought the nrs outlaw 2 a few years back. Been out with it under 10 times and got a leak under the nose cone. Had to take off nose cone to repair. They hadn't glued the seam properly. Had several small leaky holes. Poor work. Not happy.

Great people, and great products here. If you want to go rafting, this is the place to get your gear.

Amazing gear, designs, and even more amazing customer service. Love my Quiver SUPs. Tore off a fin box a couple years ago on rocks (so that's what those short fins are for, eh), but the rest of the board was fine, and it was easily replaced. It's been five years now, and one needed a new valve gasket. Shoutout Lydia for locating the correct one and sending it so quickly, so I could enjoy the river season.

Greedy place during Covid -19 Pandemic they gave a $1.00 raise that I was way overdue for getting my pay raise. They then took my MyShare PayOut Bonuses Away from me, while it was a frontline worker. Endangering my life with Covid-19. Not very nice.

Well besides the fact it is a Walmart are Walmart is pretty decent. I give it 4 stars which is really good compared to other Walmart. Still feels like it's own planet.

Self checkout should not have non-tech-savvy folks working. I use self checkout to be fast, not to watch someone try to figure out the technology I've been using for a decade.

This company SAYS that they hire people with criminal backgrounds and/or felonies. This is NOT actually true. They in fact DO NOT. And they said in fact, that the 3rd party background check outfit they hired to retrieve background checks for potential employee candidates are the ones who "make the decision to hire or not to hire, they claim the HR hiring manager doesn't have anything to do with the decision AND she claimed it's illegal for any employee of walmart management or not, to see candidates results of the pre-screening background check. I found all this information very interesting and quite telling of this huge corporation and their policies and procedures. That is all. Love to shop there in spite of the false claims they have posted on their main website under career opportunities. And personally I think it's not only wrong, but bogus as well. My opinion!

Basketball shoe selection is terrible, they only stock cheap fila and and1. For the little things like mouth guards and the occasional airsoft pistol or sled they’re pretty ideal.

It's hard to rate a Walmart. I mean, it's Walmart lol. But on the whole, it used to be a reasonably priced shopping experience. I've noticed prices have gone through the roof though...I can shop for the same price at Safeway. I also don't like how only two lanes are ever open for checkout. So they've cut back on help, but raised the prices. Stocking leaves a lot to be desired too... always out of cat and dog food. I avoid shopping here if I can.

Doesn't have anything bigger than a 10 for women, and they are expensive.

Great company, fast 20 minutes pickup a load! Very friendly people in this small town! I got delivery and pickup same day in Moscow, ID , so, I did it during ONE HOUR! Of course, the distance between a company's 2 miles, but they are not lazy and rude as everywhere in the country. My huge respect!!!

One Store employee was extremely rude when I asked a question. The rest of the staff was great

Can't say enough good things about Tyler and White Pine! The whole team is very communicative and accommodating- they definitely go the extra mile for clients! We did a day float and the fishing was incredible, the hot shore lunch was delicious, and we learned a lot as well. Highly recommend White Pine and I'm looking forward to more trips with them in the future!

My dad and I did a day-trip fishing St Joe with Tyler and had a great time! We caught tons of fish, he was spot on with getting our flies in just the right spot to get bites, and a good conversationalist too. The lunch was delicious, he made us fresh street tacos and there were even little cheesecake deserts. Really phenomenal day!

They sell a repackaged MTG product that contains literal garbage. People are nice though.

I did a 1 full-day trip on the St Joe with Tyler. Tyler was a fantastic guide. I had a blast with him and he got us into a lot of quality fish. The St Joe is a beautiful river and the exact experience I was looking for as a trout fisher wanting to catch cutties. I highly recommend White Pine Outfitters to anyone looking for a guided fishing experience.

High quality clothes and equipment, friendly staff and just a great overall feel everytime I go in.

I went to big 5 to buy a new backpack for search and rescue. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable super friendly and got me a better backpack than the one I went to go get and it was cheaper. I'm really glad I went there. I highly recommend you stop here for your outdoor needs.

Clean and friendly staff. It’s a Walmart, so don’t expect it to be perfect. It’s small and I’m used to bigger Walmarts since I’m coming from bigger towns so they don’t always have everything I need/want. But overall, it’s a great Walmart. Wish the sales would be as good as Pullman Walmart though

Beautiful store and design! I was the only customer in store and never once did anyone acknowledge I was even in the store. Not even a “hi, may I help you” when you walk in the door and face the sales associate!!!!

Having worked for NRS a number of years ago in the old location, I was blown away by the new facility. The showroom rivals any outdoor store. Of course I got a guided tour of the entire building which was very impressive! It is great to see the continued success of one of the leading outdoor equipment companies. If you are in the Moscow area, a stop into NRS is definitely worth it!

We had THE most epic day on the water with White Pine, fishing the St. Joe River. Our guide got us on to the West Slope Cutthroat immediately and we were in the action all day long, landing (and missing 🤭 ) more fish than we could count (in early August, truly impressive.) Expert knowledge, gourmet fresh ahi taco lunch prepared riverside on our full day drift trip and five star service. Can’t recommend WPO enough. We WILL be back! Excellent customer service. Very Friendly staff. So Helpful and swift to do so. Answering questions, returns, grabbing another Pairnof shoes to try on. There great! DEAL of the day is awesome too! ... Garrett is especially outstanding.

My son and I had a great trip on St Joe river with Tyler. He was very patient and taught us what we needed to catch some fish. Exact trip we were looking for. He cooked us a great hot lunch along the river's edge as well!

The 5-day Salmon River Canyons White Water trip was outstanding! Tyler and his team are experienced guides who know the river and how to put on a great trip. The food and camaraderie complimented the beautiful scenery. Highly recommended.

The cashier at the front had an absolutely terrible demeanor. The item I planned on buying was priced wrong. When I brought it up, she was rude, condescending, and short. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she replied with a short "what, you want to talk to them?" When she called up the manager, they were on a break. Then a young man came up, and asked how he could help. While I was describing what had happened, she kept interrupting, and adding her views. During one of these interruptions, I stopped and told her she needed to leave. Which she did, and went to the back of the store. While continuing the conversation with the supervisor, we could see her talking and pointing at the front where we were standing, with a very angry face. The young man was very polite, but this young girl was so terrible that I will never step for in Big 5 again.

Great selection of product BUT customer service was subpar. There were four employees and no one seemed to be very customer friendly. When I did enter the store, I had asked if they had a certain item. The girl at front went to go ask her Manager, but when she returned to the front she never gave me a response, but instead continued her conversation with another employee at the front checkout. So I had to ask her if she found out about the item I initially had asked about and she said that they didnt have that item

I also spent a lot of time in the shoe dept. and each time I was wanting to try on a pair of shoes or different sizes, each time I had to go and seek out assistance. The Big5 I remember there seemed to be someone wanting to assist you and was always an employee in/around the shoe dept.

I did end up finding a pair of shoes I liked for a good price as well, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

Love this shop. Tyler and the crew always give good advice on flies and fly gear for the local rivers. I've also had the pleasure to go on a guided trip on the St Joe River. Excellent time. Tyler had great knowledge of where the fish were and what they were biting on. He was also helpful on rigging and casting techniques. Creme brulee desert for lunch was an added bonus.
