My brother buy a flat from SULTHAN BUILDERS at Sulthan View 2, Kallapu, Mangalore, unfortunately this was a big mistake.
1) builder not provided the good quality water,
2) Builder not provided the quality of work: Sanitary fittings, tiles, paint, doors, windows etc.
3) Builder not responding to the complaints not even visiting the building as it is not yet completed.
4) Builder complete irresponsible person.
5) Before completing the building he make 8 owners society and make 37 owners to suffer by escaping his responsibility.
5) Worst builder ever met, always cheating the peoples by his magic words.

Owner of flat :Very very disappointed, Lots of problem with build quality, services, amenities etc. Proper water source not available, Builder never visiting to building even though building not completed.
Un professionally handover the building to the society of 8 owners without knowledge of 45 owners, without completion of total building.
Not recommended, Highly disappointed, Un professional Builder, Irresponsible to the commitment, dont waste your money here, Verify before buy.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the water supply in my apartment and the lack of responsibility taken by the builders. When we moved in, we were promised access to good, drinkable water . However, that has not been the case. The water in our flat is not of good quality and is not safe to drink.

Despite bringing this issue to builders attention multiple times, it seems that the builders are not taking responsibility for rectifying the problem. This is unacceptable and I believe that it is the responsibility of the builders to ensure that all tenants have access to clean and safe water.

The builder of this flat are not very responsible when it came to addressing problems .despite my complaints, the builders failed to take any action to improve it. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with low quality products, and builders were not responsive when I reached out to them about these issues. Overall, I found the builders to be unresponsive and unhelpful, which greatly impacting stay in the apartment. I would not recommend this property to others due to the lack of responsibility and effort from the owners to address and resolve problems.

And also he trying build trrace area some rooms we already case files at Muncipl
And he didn’t hand over Sosaity funds also
