Do not invest with this company!!! They will take your money but no one will help you when you request a redemption. Taken me almost 2 weeks and still no one will process my request!!!

Do not invest with their managed funds. They are not transparent about the high fees they charge. The statements are intentionally confusing and they take money for everything. Investing with them for 20 years was one of the worst decisions I have made in my life.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with BRP products and services. As a loyal customer, I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hope that they will be addressed and improvements will be made.

Having purchased a Seadoo RXPX from your company, I held high expectations based on the reputation that BRP has in the market. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen far short of those expectations, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied.

The issues I have encountered an engine failure , such as product quality, customer service, warranty concerns, etc.. These challenges have not only caused frustration but have also had a significant impact on my trust in the brand. It is disheartening to invest in a product with the belief that it will deliver on its promises, only to be met with disappointment.

Moreover, my attempts to seek resolution for these issues have been met with further frustration. The lack of effective communication and timely responses from your customer service team has only exacerbated the situation. As a customer, I expected better support when facing challenges related to your products.

I believe in providing feedback with the hope that it contributes to positive change. I strongly urge BRP to take a critical look at its products and services, addressing the shortcomings that are driving customers like me to question their loyalty.

While my disappointment is significant, I remain open to the possibility of rectification. I sincerely hope that BRP will take the necessary steps to improve its products, services, and customer relations. As a company with a history of innovation, I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and work towards regaining the trust of disappointed customers.

I started an investment of several thousands dollars at beginning of this year into Brookfield Corporation in order to understand, how this company operates. I read all in their investor relation publications. I believed to understand what they do. But the more I tried the less incoming information from independed sources made both ends meet. Finally I asked them directly by the contact link on their website for a list of their investments (or a link to). I never got an answer. For me there is no transparency with this company. Instead of increase I will cancel my investment asap.

Incredible access and exposure to the Canadian small cap sector. Alpha North takes a very pro-active approach to managing small cap money in what can be a very volatile sector. An excellent proxy to the Venture Exchange with plenty more upside potential with their exposure to deal flow and warrant coverage on many small cap companies.

I have been invested with AlphaNorth for several years and have had a positive experience with the team. The Partners have a great long-term track record and network within the small cap space. I would recommend allocating capital to their funds at these levels, given their market intelligence and ability to discover companies that the street is missing !
