Ok, I’ve been in beauty section of store. It was the worst experience!!!! I wanted to buy a balm and I was trying to decide about the colour but the lady there was not nice at all her behaviour was like she is bored and act like I have to decide by my first try! At the end we had to ask her 4 times!!!! to pack the package for Christmas which is ridiculous!

We were shopping in the store and lost a pair of sunglasses inside the store. I called back next day and they said they would check and reply back. I called back numerous times chase them for 10 days and always gave the same answer that they will call back with answer and 15 days later still have not received any reply. Totally ridiculous customer service!

Even though the store was empty they didn’t let me and other in to make their favorite line in front of store, not a good customer service and definitely not recommend

Visited the store on June 30th at 4PM, as our appointment.
To improve: I strongly suggest the store manager to review & train the doorman’s performance with bare minimum to POLITELY ask all (potential) customers whether they have an appointment or not, if not, then ask them POLITELY to join the line. REGARDLESS OF RACE AND LOOKS. This really bothers me.

Good: The lady SA was really friendly and helpful (too bad I forgot her name), and so happy that we got the best color of chanel 22.

Had the best shopping experience here at this outlet with our SA Giulia Truffa! Simply the most pleasant experience, I managed to find a pair of white-black boots in my size and also snag a cute little caramel number. Just my lucky day, thank you Giulia!

Waited outside the store for 15 minutes. Was allowed into the store as if they were doing me a great favor to allow me in. No one asked me to take a seat or if I wanted a drink . The guard was uninterested and did not greet me.
The store just lost a $ 5090 purchase

The salesperson is totally unprofessional in the product. I came to find the regular style but gave me the slim style and told me they were same!!! I need to try the size 42 but gave me the size 44 and told me that was 42!!! I feel insulted and disrespected, terrible experience!
Please change and take the staff training, Don't let them spend their time trying to cheat customers

It's a capsule store in the Rinascente department store. Women's is on ground floor, men's on 1st floor. The Burberry flagship store for Italy is in Milano, but this store can also do alterations or receive orders placed in Milan.

Perfect shop, firmly arrenged, with broad selection. Nice and really helpfull staff. I wanted to change the item I had bought earlier, but after longer time than one month. They allowed me, helped to choose and waited for the end of "the phone conference" with my wife. Buy Bruberry and don't worry.
