Upholding a great standard of service

Terrible for us locals who are trying to get park on the street outside (Greenacre Dr) because people are too blind to see there is thousands of free parks at the tram station with a shorter walking distance. Locals have to park in another street or a lot further down just to get a park.

Yeah it's alright, the big bridge over Smith Street is pretty cool. One of the 2 elevators air conditioning works so its not that bad. Loads of carpark space for those who dont want to park at Helensvale I guess. The exit to the 'burbs is one of the best parts as it looks seamless and cool.

Plenty of parking, carpark entrance not well signed, somewhat narrow spaces, but nice and easy for a quick run on the light rail into the Gold Coast for V8 Supercars

Bloody traffic lights at this station are terrible and take ages to change, get ready for a long line anytime from 3:30- 5:30pm. Every other green only lets about 4 cars through so if you're near the front, put the pedal to the metal and hope you've got enough time to get through. Don't hold your breath though, you'd not make it.

Never go there if you got to top up your go card with coins so you just trying to flick $5 in there because on both go card machines the $5 thing doesn't work and you can explain that to the TransLink people and show them but somehow you still meant to pay for a ticket and you will still be fined

During Griffith University times, expect a busy parking lot. That being said, there are cheaper fares for students and senior citizens (but be prepared to prove you're a student before you buy your ticket.) And BUY YOUR TICKET. They WILL check (this happened to me 3 times in the first week of classes).

Absolutely beautiful station. Bridge has been completed. There's plenty of parking for uni students/workers going to the hospital or surfers paradise. Tram runs every 7 minutes going north and south!
