The platform attendants or passenger pushers are very helpful and efficient in managing platform crowd control during rush hour. They ensure that passengers board the trains efficiently, help manage the flow of people on the platform, and maximize the use of available space in the train cars, as some Malaysians are still ignorant about taking their own space and time to board the train despite the rush hour. Kudos to this station and hope Prasarana can implement more of this on those high traffic station.

Management please take action to your counter staff who responsible on tng topup. Today is March 22, 2024, at 8:06 a.m., your counter employee speaks rudely as if she is the only one who has to get up in the morning to work. If you want everyone to understand that the qr code is only for anyone who wants to topup tng, you should write "for topup tng". Don't assume that everyone will understand if you just write "tng". You should also know that sometimes people will misunderstand that the qr code can be used through tng e wallet. You have to keep in mind that not 100% of people can understand what you are thinking. Please take immediate action, otherwise I will report this. This apparently isn't the first time your employee has been rude to customers. Regarding to this matter, I'm asking you, what does the management do to provide the best service for us customers who use the rapid rail service? Thank you.

Very good Mrt station atmosphere, however when I was passing by at 7 am from Mrt merdeka to let station, I saw 2 " accelerator" that works in both opposite directions. Why? Morning all of us are moving from Mrt to let, but you turn on opposite direction for the road accelerator. Did the higher management never used the Mrt before? Have the accelerator towards the station which used the most, not balancing out of nothing!

Merdeka MRT Station in Kuala Lumpur offers a serene commuting experience. Its cleanliness and tranquility, complemented by almost functional escalators and lifts, ensure seamless travel. Additionally, its integration with Plaza Rakyat LRT Station enhances accessibility, making it a convenient hub for navigating the city's transportation network.

The station entrance is a joke! Only on one side! Many commuters have to go + up the stairs to the entrance gate and then down + up again to the platform. And the same again on their way home in the evening! I have a hard time understanding how the locals can accept that. It would be very easy to add a few automated gates in the second platform that would make the entry so much easier.
It's even worse for people in a wheelchair or that have some movement restrictions: they have to go up and down ramps and elevators for probably 10 unnecessary minutes per journey! Outrageous!
In most other countries people wouldn't accept that.

Neat and clean station of MRT. Pretty empty most days - no rush. Guess till Merdeka 118 is not inaugurated. Once open for public this station to get busy!

Very good location nearby many big hotels. Connecting to MRT and KTM. You can see tall building views from the station.

It would be better if it was maintained regularly. No food kiosk. Bus intervals are not that frequent.

A conveniently located mrt station at the crossroads of KL. It itself is a short hop to Chinatown(10mins) and Pasar Seni bus interchange that has many buses towards parts of KL.

It does its job and the LRT frequency is on par with any other station. I would say the station is a bit too outdated and feels quite deserted. If they could install escalators on each of the flight of stairs and beautify the station, it'd be much more welcoming for people to use it.

A new MRT station that has potential as an interconnect with the old LRT line at Plaza Rakyat. The signages are not clear but there is a walkway with travelators for only halfway designed to make your journey longer than 15 minutes.

Pasar Seni LRT Station offers a tolerable experience outside rush hours. However, during peak periods, particularly at 8 am, the station becomes a chaotic and suffocating ordeal. Safety and organization seem disregarded, with overcrowding reaching unbearable levels. Passengers endure a lack of support, facing pushy crowds while boarding the LRT. The station's personnel appear preoccupied, perhaps prioritizing breakfast over managing the morning rush. Improved crowd control, safety measures, and staff availability during peak hours are essential for a more pleasant commuting experience at Pasar Seni LRT Station.

Very impressive of the facilities in this station. This is my first time to do transit between MRT and lrt at Merdeka. The clear direction sign help me a lot to get into LRT gate, without asking anyone. Saw the automatic "walking escalator" which help traveller who bring a lot of luggage like me, for walking far distance. Overall is a very good experience!

Clean place, toilet was fine. But there is no bench for people to sit. When walking at the road down there, the construction is taking lots of space until its not safe to walk .

One of the 'bad' LRT stations (and I usually do not criticise). This is the station that I use every day to go to work. First, if you access the station from the shoplots (where Maybank and Hero Mart is), there are two flights of stairs with no escalator - even though this is one of the major LRT stations with lots of passengers using it. Second, as a major station, the facilities here are found wanting - not well-maintained. Third, the design of the station is weird: If you arrive from city (i.e. from Masjid Jamek's direction), in order to exit the station to the shoplots, you have to walk through an underground passage which brings you up to the surface and then you have to walk through ANOTHER underground passage in order to reach the exit (you'll only know what I mean if you use the station yourself...sigh...)
