Loved the food, it was really flavorful!!
In general, I am not a person who likes to review good or bad since I am a very busy mother. But this time I had to.
My sister had the food two years ago and gave a great review, so we went back together. I was surprised to see the portion they served for each item. I was charged almost $80 for only two food items on the menu. It would be worth paying more even if the food served was tasty. However, not only the portion was less, the taste was horrible. The ribs had no spice at all except the BBQ sauce. The chicken ordered was super dry and painful to chew as there was no taste. The potato wedges provided were not cooked well, so they were hard. The so-called “side-stirred vegetables” had nothing in it except green peppers. Even the garlic bread they provided was so little. Not only that, the service provided was horrible. Three people were working at that time, and only the woman was behaving nicely. The other men kept staring at us and our children right from the time we parked our car at the parking lot. They mopped the entire floor and put no caution. Kids kept falling again and again since the floor was so slippery. Not to forget the toilets were horrible. Very dirty and again very slippery. My kids fell in the toilet, and also I was about to. I am surprised at how bad a business can be.Overall, it is the worst experience I ever had in Quebec since my 13 years of life there. There might be places where I dined in and it was dirty; however, the food, the portions, the atmosphere, or at least the service provided by the workers compensated for it. However, this place was 0/10 in everything.
I really wish I took some pictures to show how dirty the place was. Disappointed and Disappointed.
TLDR; DRY. Chicken was so darn dried that even McNuggets taste better.

Perhaps my expectations were too high for a "4.6 stars" rating? The family combo that we ordered, the chicken was dry AF especially the brochettes, they were dry AND hard. To top that off, they don't give you enough sauce.

I dunno who had the brilliant idea of using glass bottle oil dispenser, which they weren't meant for thick puri puri sauce, as a result, I have a REALLY hard time getting them out. 😐

The wedge potato was also dry AF too! The only 2 things that we actually enjoyed was the garlic bread and their creamy coleslaw salad.

For the similar price point, there are way better and juicer grilled chicken out there...
Food was served cold

I ordered the beef back ribs first and last time trying from this place. The tables were sticky and water cups were chipped.
Sauce bottle and water "bottle" was dirty
St-Hubert vibes
Food was ok just ok nothing special
Going there for a long time, never disappointed
I always have good experiences, good is always fresh staff is welcoming
Was in the mood for some grilled chicken and the craving was not satisfied. First, I must mention that when we went, almost all of the tables were dirty (dirty dishes and leftover food from previous customers). There was no one at the restaurant except us. It stayed like that until we left. Its not a fun experience for the customers when the restaurant is dirty like that. In terms of the food, tried the beef ribs which tasted pretty good but there was very little meat for the price. The chicken was decent but nothing special. In addition, in other peri Peri places, there is usually a variety of sauces and in this case the selection was quite limited. The coleslaw and the fries were good.
Came into town for a quick visit and my friend recommended this place. He's been here a few times and it was my first. Immediately upon speaking to the man behind the counter I liked this place. Extremely diligent, very polite and professional, and even let me try the rice before I ordered it.

When the food arrived at the table I was very pleased with the presentation. And the taste was phenomenal. The beef ribs with BBQ sauce were mouthwatering. We got both the garlic bread and Portuguese bun. The bun came out fluffy and hot 🤤 We got veggies for sides and rice as well as a half chicken (lemon and herb). I was extremely happy with everything. For a Peri Peri restaurant I'd say it's one of the best I've been too. Definitely better than Nando's. Will be referring people and I will definitely be back!
