This cashier was telling me you don't have money in my card when I was paying something for my goodies and he was telling me that the card is declined. Which was not true. He tried to send me to ATM and I said no. I had to tell the manager about this incident and he ended defending him because he didn't back me up and I finally paid and they messed up big time.
pharmacy sucks,really bad they always try to give you otc so you pay your self for higher price instead of health plan pay
This CVS location is overall okay, not the best location that I've been to. The service is generally lacking and disappointing as I waste a lot of time waiting for an associate.
This is one of THE worst pharmacies on the island. Had me waiting an hour and a half just to leave out one of my prescriptions. Also neglected to tell me they were out of a medication. “They just didnt fill it”
This store is kept very clean and organized. The staff are very helpful too. I enjoy shopping here.
The head pharmacist at the 2690 Hylan Blvd store is dumb as a rock. I came in with a problem about a refill and she tells me she needs to order it. I waited and waited and came in and she tells me "oh, we can't get it anymore" - So why the hell did you tell me you could order it? You put my life in danger when I could have got the meds from another pharmacy. No apology or anything. If you ever get a prescription sent to this pharmacy, run!! This woman is BRAINDEAD.
You have a manager (young guy with glasses & with beard) who insists on not helping. He is very lazy person!
Pharmacy is a farce.The rest of the store is slightly better.Prices are high,except for the occasional sale after a holiday.Good luck waiting for a locked up item,due to shoplifters.As with many chain stores ,if you need an item ,and have checked other places without success,then you'd give it a try.
Pharmacy has become ridiculous. totally incompetent. got 3 different stories over the course of the week and still no medication. switching to another pharmacy.
The most stupidest thing when the WHOLE pharmacy closes for a half and hour. So many useless employees that apparently have to take lunch at the same time. The worst time management I have ever seen.

Just to pickup 2 photo prints they make you wait in regular line for purchases which has usually 10-15 people on any given day which takes forever because they are always short staffed!

The first time I got medicine here, this person greeted me. He spoke in a deadpan manner, looked unhappy, and was very rude. And I haven’t received the medicine after waiting for an hour. It’s really rubbish.
Taking a few minutes out of my day to acknowledge excellent customer service received this afternoon from Walgreens Photo department. I called to discuss some difficulty with the photo prints I purchased, as they were not fitting into the frame I had bought despite them being 11x14. Brett called me in and asked I bring in the frame and he worked to make the prints fit the frames perfectly. We always hear about poor customer service and seldom get the chance to appreciate an employee who has gone above and beyond to help a customer, and that’s exactly what Brett did (hope I’m getting your name right from the voicemail). It makes all the difference on the customers end because now I’ll never go anywhere else for my printing needs. Huge Thank you to him and to the female team member from the photo department who initially took my call, my experience was seamless and I appreciate your help! We love our pictures for our coffee bar area!
I use to work at this CVS when I use to have a summer job in 2014 and the staff treated us very nice. I sometimes browse and shop and they helped me out when I need something.
Good location on Hylan Blvd with plenty of parking.

What makes this location stand out from other local options is their staff. They always acknowledge you w a hello. They are always visible and easy to access when you need assistance. They even allowed me to use the little girls room(mind you the 3 places I tried first refused so it was becoming an emergency! )without hesitation. Always a lovely experience
