The team was all around super nice and helpful! Carlos their security manager helped me charge my phone and went above and beyond!

The CVS on William Howard Taft is filthy. The drive-up window, especially, looks like a germ-fest. It’s not at all what a health organization should look like. The Walgreens across the way is much much cleaner. Both inside and out.

No one likes to be followed around. It’s funny because if someone really wanted to steal from CVS they would just walk straight out and they could do nothing about it, meanwhile I’m just trying to use my points I got by, hmm, SHOPPING A TON AT CVS

This location has some of the most hardest working, yet softest hearts! Everyone remembers me bc I come in like 2-3/week

I worked in service jobs for years and have great empathy to workers having to deal with people all day. That being said, and I never write bad reviews, the pharmacy staff here are the rudest people I’ve ever met. On every occasion I’ve been here, I’ve interacted with the same extremely nasty staff, to the point that I would rather go without my medication than pick it up here. Go literally anywhere else.

The store was crowded. They had boxes all over the place. There never be anyone at the register. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes before the cashier's even recognize that you are there waiting at the register. These businesses do not care about who patronage their business; all they want is for their products to be purchased; nothing more or less. The manager is not inviting or understanding.

CVS is always busy, a great place to grab just about anything you can think of! Update, CVS on Harrison Ave seems to need better management! Too many people cannot speak English that are working there, most don't seem to care too much about customers. I used to like this CVS but since it's been taken over, by those not able to communicate very well with their customers or would rather be on the cell phone, it has gone downhill. It is convenient, but that's about it.

This CVS is great for where it is. It is right by the HI Boston Hostel and has all the essentials all in one place. They have one gallon sized water as well as 1.5 liter water bottles when I went back in late September 2021.
They also have ready-made sandwiches near the front of the store in the refrigerators. I also saw that they had the tuna kits with crackers and mayo in one of the aisles. I'd highly recommend this place if you're staying nearby and need to get something quick.
They're open until 11PM while most other stores closed pretty early nearby. Not sure about parking because it was walking distance from the Hostel.

This is my local gift shop and I. Can say that it is THE spot to go between the fall and winter for ornaments, the owner has impeccable taste and there is always such a great array of items available. Literally the perfect spot to find a local gift (truly local!!) for anyone. I have been a shopper here for years and I am always happy to give a gift from gifted.

Rudest sales associate I have ever encountered. Just moved to the neighborhood and had hoped this would be my go to gift shop, however after two consecutive unpleasant experiences with the same sales associate I will have to keep looking.
After being shouted at from across the shop, addressed in an extremely rude and annoyed tone, and embarrassed in front of other customers I still took the time to thank the sales associate for his help and made a purchase. Did not receive so much as a no problem let alone a “you’re welcome.” My first experience I was treated similarly, and my boyfriend was also completely and noticeably ignored by the sales associate which was extremely bizarre and uncomfortable.
I really love supporting small, local, and especially woman owned businesses however after being treated so poorly and with such hostility, as a repeat customer, I don’t think I’ll be able to shop there again.

Great local gift store. Huge selection of cards for all occasions, gift bags and the like, etc. They also have some home goods with a local flair. Always my go-to for small gifts for any occasion.

A perfect destination for greeting cards. The owner and staff are great resources in recommending thoughtful gifts. Nice variety of useful merchandise and art for my own house. I'm a South Ender and think of Gifted when deciding between a nice bottle of wine or a gift for a visit.

This gift shop has two levels and is so fun to explore! Lots of quirky and locally made gifts, especially if you're looking for jewelry, stationary, kid's toys, and objects ranging from motivational to sassy sayings.

Really cute and a wide variety of gift items. I've gotten a few things for myself because I couldn't resist. Some things are a bit overpriced or tacky, but you can usually find something. It's a bit more on the feminine side of gift giving, I'd say.

I agree with everyone else! The smells and the look are really really calming. Love it! Need to go back and get a cute incense tower holder thingy that my friend got yesterday for 10 bucks. I got lots of incense (12 for a $1) and also a beautiful purple rock necklace for $4.99!Amazing service.

Great shop for a variety of gifts. They have a nice assortment of boston based gifts, local handcrafts and then simple things you can buy for yourself. Prices are reasonable-- so I've been using it to get a few accessories for myself. I've gotten the best compliments on the scarf and jewelry I've purchased there. It's somewhere I stop just to see what's new when I'm in the area.
