After a hearty lunch at Drunken Jack's, we strolled along the marsh boardwalk, taking in the tranquil sights and sounds of nature. Pelicans gracefully soared overhead, while below, oyster beds dotted the water, a testament to the rich ecosystem thriving in the marshland. The salty breeze mingled with the tantalizing aroma of seafood, creating a perfect ambiance for a leisurely afternoon by the water's edge.
I walked the Marshwalk @ Murrell’s Inlet & wow what a beautiful day! The beauty of nature is endless! There are so many great varieties of restaurants & each has something different to offer & a variety of recreational offerings & fishing charters!

The Murrells Inlet MarshWalk is absolutely magical! The boardwalk strolls right along the water, and the sunsets are breathtaking. We loved hopping from restaurant to restaurant, trying fresh seafood and listening to live music. You feel the energy of the crowd, but it's still relaxed and family-friendly. A must-do for any visitor to the Grand Strand!
The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is a great place for a walk in the morning at sunrise or in the evening at sunset. Lots of birds and wildlife for viewing, and beautiful views of the marshy wetlands.
Only giving three stars because there was a small petting area with goats, sheep, cows, pony rides, and a camel. If they weren't there, I would do one star. This place is not a family spot. It is more like a bar hopping highway over a marsh. This is where people go to drink alcohol and walk around as they do it. I did manage to take a few pictures of some birds, though. There were also beer bottles laying all over the place.
Visited during the Annual Taste of the Marshwalk Event - so glad it was recommended to us by a local the night before!
The restaurants/bars along the walkway set up outdoor samplings ($5-$8 per sampling) of favorite, unique dishes. My husband enjoyed the she crab soup, blackened triggerfish rissoto, burnt ends, and shrimp & grits. I had the hush puppies but didn't finish since they were very fried/heavy.
Tons of vendor booths with decor, jewelry, etc. Great local event and atmosphere. Also served adult beverages.

The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is a very nice walk. We ate at the Wicked Tuna restaurant and afterwards we went on a nice leisurely stroll on the boardwalk. It was very nice. We highly recommend it.
What a hidden gem!! Lovely small pier to walk out on and take in the views. Quaint eateries along the walkway along the marina.

The Marsh Walk is a beautiful place to stroll while you wait on a table or are just out for an evening of people watching or music listening. The sites are beautiful and the walk is wide with plenty of room to move about. Great spot for family photos!
A great boardwalk/pier that you can strut by most, if not all, the area restaurants on! Combine that with the natural inlet scenery, and you get one of the best spots in all of Georgetown County!
Lots of good food! Check out my Uncle’s band at Bubba’s Love Shack on Sunday. There name is Sweet Tea! It is also a cute little broad walk with lots of wildlife. Also some point I don’t know this year or next year there will be goats on Goat Island. Fun place for kids and senior citizens!
My wife and I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk that extended from a marsh overlook area to the end of a row of restaurants and bars. There were several fishing, charter and tour boats that were docked in this small marina as well. The short walk was a great way to enjoy some fresh air before or after visiting some of the establishments.
I was surprised at how crowded it was on a Tuesday night in the summer. Tons of varieties of restaurants and bars/places to drink. Great views of the inlet and the goats!

The parking situation is "interesting." Pay to park but validate at one of the restaurants depending on where you park and you get the $$ back. I had to circle several times to find a "free" spot.
Book a sunset cruise or become a pirate! Fun experiences to be had!

Always fun. We love The Claw House. Beautiful scenery & a great atmosphere along the Marsh Walk. Rent a jet ski, paddle board, pontoon boat, various boating excursions, banana boat rides...you can watch others take part or do them yourself & it's fun either way . Walk along & buy a drink at the beer garden type places along the way, get the always delicious food in one of the restaurants with pretty views day or night, good bands at Dead Dog Saloon, there's seating along the walk, and great photo taking spots. There is Goat island by Drunken Jack's. Mojo's is good for kids with an outdoor play area & it's good for adults because of the view and tasty food.
