Good seafood with waterfront views!

You come here for the seafood. All their dishes are delicious, especially the seafood. I would highly recommend trying some of their vegetable side dishes as they're quite nice.

I forgot to take a picture of the mains, but we got an assortment of fish for 4 people and we were stuffed. The scallops were particularly good.

They have a good list of cocktails as well.

Delicious and excellent for celiac/food allergies. Good vegan options too. Gluten free and vegan also possible easily. All staff are knowledgeable and kind regarding allergies. I have a lot of really intense ones and felt really safe.
Food is excellent and fresh. Seafood unparalleled. Private event spaces really nice too and a very high quality experience.

This place is awesome! Absolutely amazing experience. Excellent recommendations from our server, excellent wine, excellent food. A bit on the pricey side but definitely worth a visit. We had the misfortune of being sat next to a rowdy group of guys having some loud and less than pleasant dinner conversation. It was pretty clear we were on a date so I think the host team should consider seating arrangements a little more carefully but otherwise it was a stellar experience.

Simply one of the finest dining experiences we've had in a very long time.
Beautiful dining room, impeccable service, fantastic food... What more can I say?
Parking is typical of Georgetown but it is worth it.
We've been 3 times since our initial visit for our anniversary in February.
It's certainly worth the money for the first class service, dining and food.

You can’t go wrong with Fiola Mare - one of the best Italian seafood restaurants in DC. From the spectacular views of the Potomac river and the Kennedy Center (especially when opting in for outdoor seating) to excellent drinks to professional service. The menu is fantastic, whether you are a pasta lover or just appreciate quality seafood. The portions are more of a European size, but the service staff are great with their recommendations. The only thing surprising me on my last visit was the somewhat slower service. The waiter, although very friendly, didn’t check on my drink and I had to wait a while to order another. The typical impeccable service was somewhat lacking this time.

Great service, mediocre food.

Location: right by Georgetown waterfront, easy to find, and you can try to find paid street parking.

Food: For the price, not worth it. We came here for a Saturday brunch and all our dishes were very salty. Portions are very small. We got full from drinking lots of water. Our local relative who frequents here said the food quality is getting worse. He felt bad taking us here.

Service: this is where they shine! Lots of servers and they are attentive!

Price: $95 per sparkling brunch with an appetizer, entree and a dessert. Brunch dishes are $30-56.

Overall: probably won’t be back.

I was visiting DC when a local recommended this restaurant. I walked from the Foggy Bottom Metro stop. There are several restaurants in the area if you'd like to hop for drinks. It is also near the Kennedy Center and Watergate.

My reservation was for outside. I loved it! The river and sunset was perfect
Several riverboat cruises take off from this spot. Even on a cool night, they offer a blanket for outside seating.

My server recommended the Cherry Blossom cocktail...it was perfect! I eat very lightly. Most dishes are @ $60. My server mentioned pastas can be half portions. I got the Lobster Ravioli...a half is a piece of lobster and one ravioli
It was perfect! Especially since I couldn't really take food 'home'.

I would definitely go back here again..Especially if visiting the Kennedy Center.

A bit pricy for the food but that’s expected given the prime location. Had a wonderful dinner on the patio near the water. We were seated right at 5 for our reservation. Server was ok- bartender and manager were very kind. Bread and eggplant appetizers were amazing- definitely recommend. Lemon dessert was unique and delicious. Good quality cocktails as well. Will definitely be back!
Beautiful place to view the National columns.
