My journey with Eran art gallery started three months ago once I started to find an artwork of master Ovissi and found out the one and only way to find an original piece of him, is through Eran art gallery.
After contacting Eran art gallery and two weeks of talking and navigating through his artworks, I found a great piece by him. The Lovers which was my pick and it was a seamless process to ship it to me in Los Altos hillls California.
Unfortunately, the artwork was stolen/lost during shipment with UPS. It was a great sadness for me and Eran Art gallery. We did all we could at a time to find it. During this time, in less than 48 hours, I received an email from Eran art gallery trying to calm me down and helping me get a full refund.
It was a great relief; even with the best customer service in the united states, I have not experienced their level of customer care.
Through the refunding process, Eran Art gallery pointed me to another artwork of master Ovissi , since they knew how passionate I was to have a piece by him.
The new artwork is here in Los Altos Hills now. I can’t express my appreciation for them. If anytime I want to get an artwork, I would definitely work with this gallery. Their customer service is beyond excellent.

Needed a frame for my mom as her birthday was coming up and saw this store while driving. Very honest owner and was able to make the best custom frame! Accordingly priced and will come back if I need custom frames or artwork that they sell!

Pleasantly surprised! I dont know why I've been looking for art for my walls at big chain stores. This place had such a big selection of art pieces and the prices were surprisingly good. Got a really nice piece and we custom framed it too. The guy there went over so many options. I would recommend anyone to give this place priority instead of wasting time like I have.

Very impressed with the skill of Leon. He exceeded my expectations and was very professional and accurate in his work. He hung up five paintings. He did a beautiful job hanging them into the crown molding to avoid damaging expensive wallpaper. He was a lovely man who knew what he was doing. I would give him a SIX STAR rating if I could. You will not be disappointed if you contact him.

I came in here needing to frame 4 paintings. These were all regular sized paintings, imagine framing an A4 sized paper. Though the guy was super helpful in picking the right colour and everything, he quoted 400$! That’s $100 per. I get framing done from the flea market (really good quality too) for no more than 30$ for a painting that size.

Absolutely horrendous work and customer service. I don't recommend this place if you want to get something framed. I had to make two trips to point out flaws in the work he had done, and it still wasn't done properly. This owner has absolutely no regard for people's property and time. The materials used were of the cheapest quality and still ended up costing me an arm and a leg. I had to go to another framing store to have it properly fixed...

Beautiful building and phenomenal place to study. It's quiet and feels great when studying. The view is astonishing and makes you come back everyday just to spend a day here.
