I cannot say enough amazing things about Christina!!! Truly. As an artist that just moved to this area, I didn’t know where or how to get plugged in. I came in with questions regarding art opportunities, the art scene, and the community, and she not only pointed me in the right direction but her genuine kindness, hospitality, and recommendations left me feeling seen and expectant of what the arts hold in Spartanburg! Her warmth and wealth of knowledge meant everything! She continues to go out of her way to do all she can to connect me with the local art scene! I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

The folks at Art Lounge did a wonderful job putting together a shadow box for my dad's military medals, etc. It is very well made and will have a very special, permanent place on my wall. They also did it in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

Christina helped me with framing and it was a positive experience. I didn't know what I needed and she helped to guide me through what was worth framing and what the value of a real wood frame was for longevity. I went into the Art Lounge looking for help with an unusual framing problem. My artwork is built inside a shadowbox that is constructed in a nonstandard way. I can get only 2 sizes from my supplier and wanted to expand to more sizes and better quality.

Brandi and Christina spent a substantial amount of time with me working on a solution. They made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for and then worked out a range of solutions that I could choose from. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and even had suggestions for better materials that I can use in my artwork (glues and tapes).

I would say that The Art Lounge was one of the best customer service experiences I've had lately from a business of any kind.

If there’s a picture hanging in our house, then the amazing Brandi at Art Lounge probably framed it! We don’t go anywhere else for framing. Art Lounge is a not-to-be-missed stop in Spartanburg for all sorts of wonderful gifts and art. Be sure to visit the Art O Mat vending machine while you’re there to discover pocket sized treasure!

Did an art walk . We have some very talented artists in our area.

Beautiful theater with ample seating for a smaller stage. Performance was good - not traveling Broadway good, but for that size theater company and orchestra, this theater worked just fine. Would go to see another performance here!

This is a great space for what we did. They have thought-provoking and beautiful art too.

This place is awesome! I tell everyone I know about it because surprisingly, a lot of people have no idea what it is or where it’s at. I stop in pretty often to check out the new art exhibits and in February I’m going to see The SteelDrivers! Im thankful to have a cool place like this in Spartanburg.

A nice place to visit

Every show I have been to so far at Chapman Cultural Center has been NEXT LEVEL amazing! Who knew Spartanburg had so much local talent! You can feel how much heart and soul goes into every performance, whether from the Little Theatre or the Youth Theater.
Each show will leave you laughing, sometimes crying, and always inspired.

This place is absolutely awesome! From the appearance to the store, there are so many different things that they showcase! From the good smelling bars soaps to the Aroma scents, and you can’t forget about the beautiful art showcased as well!

These ladies were so nice and they were very professional throughout! If you need anything done or just want to check out some local artist, this is the place to come!

I LOVE that they have gallery hours and routinely change exhibits. Great place to stop in for a few minutes.

Great museum space in downtown Spartanburg. A wonderful experience, and now open Wednesday - Friday, and the first Saturday of each month from 12-4pm. Wheelchair accessible and child friendly.

Nice, intimate theatre in the center of Spartanburg. Saw Rocky Horror from the balcony. Nice seats but doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house.

Part of USC Upstate College. Very small, no seating.

Great pop of art in the middle of spartanburg, stopped in with my hubby while on a stroll and had the pleasure to witness the Clay exhibit. Clean and beautiful.

Great local southern art collection.

First visit was to see the Spartanburg Ballet present The Great Gatsby. We really enjoyed the performance as well as the the Theater. The seats and rows were extremely close together but over all I loved it.

Its a beautiful exhibit located downtown, showcasing local primarily Southern artists. Open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
