This park is beautiful! We stayed at the Campground it was nice but the sites are very close together and it was full. So not much for privacy. The bathrooms and showers are well maintained but the showers usually had a line in the evening and morning. Next time we will probably just come for the day to enjoy the Park.

Camped here for the first time and had a very enjoyable weekend. Campground was full when we arrived and I was afraid it was going to be loud and crowded, instead it was a peaceful weekend. Bathrooms were well maintained and the showers were very nice with lots of hot water.

A neat little park. The spots are decent, not overly roomy. The sites along the water are tight with no privacy. The restrooms could be cleaned a bit more often (but it was a sold-out week). The beach is excellent with soft sand and no rocks.

An amazing place to camp. The campsite was very clean and maintained very well. Affordable pricing for a camp site, simple July 4th rules. No mosquitoes. Pet friendly environment. Outside of camping was a great small town called Brimley. If you love coffee and sweets, check out Sugar Daddy.

We stopped to check the temperature of Lake Superior in July. Newsflash: it’s still cold 😁 We only walked up and down the beach a bit, but what we saw was very nice - classic UP beach. Seemed like a great place to spend the day and even swim - once you got used to the temp!

Great spot if you’re not going to be at the campsite often. We used this park as our home base for vacation in the UP and visited different fun landmarks rather than staying at the campsite.
The good: the bathrooms are new and clean, there’s a sink on the side of the bath houses you can fill water containers, nice beachfront, easy check in.
The bad: the campsites are not very clear so campers walk through your site quite a bit, there are no RV pads so people just park their RVs however they want which can be quite a mess, very little ranger presence so campers were not abiding by campsite rules (which could be a pro to some, I suppose).

A place to park your RV. Good Tribal (Native American) Campground for adults and families looking to stay a couple nights just to sleep in their RV while you visit local attractions. Campground has nice, older, but overall maintained facilities. Very good value. Nothing for kids to do while there. About half sites are full hook up ($35/night) and the rest have water and electricity ($25). The campground doesn’t have any recreational activities for anyone. Wild Bluffs Golf Course is right next to campground. Barebones is best way to describe. There is a beach to swim at with a small playground for kids a half mile north of the camp. Casino is across the street. A Lake Superior bay can be seen across the street from the campground. Taquamenon Falls & St. Ignace is an hour away. Sault Ste. Marie is 30 minutes. Around 10 minutes to Iroquois Lighthouse and 55 minutes to Whitefish Point Lighthouse. The parks grass tends to be on the high side. Appears to be at least a couple weeks since last cut. Better suited for adults or short stays than kids. Restrooms and showers are clean and maintained but dimly lit. Has 2 dump stations as well but the water didn’t work to clean out your hoses. Roads in park are gravel but maintained. Fire pits on every lot. Sites are on the tight side but wide enough to park your RV. Great value for the money. I’d stay again if we were just looking to have a clean place to sleep while visiting local attractions.

Beautiful campground. Sites are good-sized and well-maintained. Shower/bathhouse is new and very nice, and there is a small playground as well as a nice beach. There are a lot of sites, so if you’re looking for a more isolated feel this may not be for you.
It looks abandoned, but it would still be good if it was open. The beach is very strange nearby. Water is clear and people use the boat landing quite a bit.

It is a nice and well maintained modern campground. There is electricity at the sites and a dump station. The restrooms and showers are nice and maintained well. It is a large flat grassy field with a few trees at some sites and fire pits and picnic tables. The sites are really packed in and you are elbow to elbow with your neighbors. There is a nice sandy beach and playground, quite family friendly.

Reasonably priced full hook up site's, good for a home base it is lacking aesthetics as far as setting and greenery but we would stay again
The place is very unorganized. They hire people and throw them into a job they don't know a day later. They first told us to find a site we wanted, then they lost our paperwork and didn't know we had paid. The next day we went to the office to extend our stay by a day and they lost that as well so they couldn't understand why we hadn't checked out. They don't take care of the grounds at all. Not sure the last time they mowed or trimmed. They did keep up with the trash pickup. The plus is the sites are nice size and quiet.
we fell in love with this place! the camp sites are huge and you are definitely far enough from your neighbors! this campground is so quiet it was the best sleep we have gotten in OUR tent for years i don't even sleep this well at home! the lake is beautiful the campground hosts keep the campground really tidy and the bathrooms are super clean. we actually went to our initial reservations in st ignace and canceled to come up here regardless if we were getting our refund back or not! would recommend this place to anyone even with kids! we are 5 hours away and would go in a hear beat again- there are things to do near--Lake Superior, the lighthouse, the bear ranch, and the falls all within a couple hours away! LOVE LOVE LOVE we will be back

Very nice campground. Close to all the attractions that we wanted to go to! Could not give it a five yet, but definitely worth the stay! We will return!

2022 this year's camp hosts are supe nice and doing a great job to make rustic camping peaceful and relaxing. The bathrooms were cleaned twice a day and we see them driving around to check on campers all day and night. I love this campground anyhow because of the clean beach (beautiful sand) and the nice large clean lots. this is our 2nd trip here and we will return
We love coming to Bay Mills Campground in Brimley, Michigan. The weather was awesome. We enjoyed the foods we cooked on the bonfire. The free wifi was not the best, it wasn't even user friendly, I found it to be a pain. It kicks you off for no reason, then you have to go through the long process of getting wifi connected again, fridays and saturdays it doesn't work.
We averaged $29 / night for W/E50/S/C/I for a very level, dirt, sunny pull through site. The campground was crowded when we arrived on a Saturday and the internet was poor. By Monday after most everybody left it was much, much better. The fantastic cable system offered over 100 channels though several of them were music channels. I rated this 5 stars because of the value!!

This campground is within 30 minutes of Ste St. Marie. We toured the locks on the boat tour and it was fascinatng to learn about them and how vital they have been historically to our country. Whitefish Point is with the Greater Lakes Shipwreck Museum is an hour away which chronicles the history of upper great lakes ship wrecks. Also Tahquamenon Falls State Park is an hour away. The upper falls in the park are wonderful.
Nice, well-kept campground with clean bathrooms and good sized campsites. Fishing in Monocle Lake was ok. My only complaint would be that when we stayed there there was at least one camper that ran their generator basically at all hours that were not quiet hours, but that was more reflective of the weekend we went (Labor Day) and of no fault of the campground itself. I liked the option to reserve a site ahead of time, especially when planning to come up for a busy weekend like Labor Day!
Very clean quiet campground. The sites are all wooded with a good separation. No electricity. Generator use is limited to 2hr at a time. Vault toilets. 1/2 the sites are first-come so it is possible to just drive in a find a spot. (At least during the week)
Clean, beautiful, and large sites. Many 30 foot rigs. Tent friendly too. Road is paved throughout the campground.
BEST host ever!!! Larry & Becky do a wonderful job creating a clean and friendly campground. The vault toilets are the cleanest we have experienced during our camping tour of the Great Lakes. The grounds are very well maintained and views of Monocle Lake are AWESOME. This is indeed a hidden treasure. This campground is close to the Soo Saint Marie Locks that go between U.S. and Canada. Iroquois Lighthouse 1 mile away. Very very limited Verizon😕

Beautiful campground w no power or showers. We love it
Great campground! Isolated for privacy, not too close together. Lots of space for campers and tents. Has a boat ramp too and public beach! Very clean!
Beautiful lake, clean, not a lot of water waves, lots of local houses surround it. Excellent place for kayaking, with a Campground and public beach to go too as well.

Nice rustic campground. Looked like it might have some sites with electric. Easy access to the lake. Big beach, beautiful scenery.
We go here to walk our 5 miles every day. Beautiful paved road, beaches. I do not believe they clean daily but it was fairly clean. Camping sites available too.

This lake is a great place to take the family and go fishing from shore. There is a big sandbar where you can walk out at least 50 feet and cast all around right in front of the boat launch.

Quiet with a great clear water lake for kayaking.
