Popped into Killarney Outfitters because we saw the ice cream sign. They had 8 different flavors of ice cream and 3 options to enjoy your ice cream (waffle cone, regular cone, or cup). We tried the chocolate and french vanilla in a waffle cone and cotton candy and vanilla in a cup. The chocolate ice cream by far was our favorite. It was authentic and delicious! The staff is also super nice.
Had a great time in fall. It was a beautiful place with several beautiful trekking trails. amazing views from the view points.
Beautiful Park by the lake. Amazing views within a short walk and we enjoyed great family time on the beach. Then took a short walk to this tranquil area, where we took millions of pictures with the plane and ships!
Great camping site!
Lots of local hiking places and few spot to swim. The swim spots are smaller than others but less crowded. Plenty of drinking wells and the washrooms are well kept.
The front service desk opens at 8am. I suggest if you want to hike the crack register ahead of time to get your parking pass!
We did a 2 day hike (1 night) to H16 and back. The route is very clear besides a couple spots where you might want to pull out All Trails or take a minute to refind the path. Very beautiful sites. The path is much more challenging than expected, although we had a good time.
Great views, lots of hiking, great spot for swimming and paddling.
They have a lot of discovery programs for all ages.
Showers are good for a provincial park.
Everything in the main campground is within walking distance
Water filling station took 45 minutes to fill a small trailer. Only one water fill and 2 empty stations for trailers.
Use Killarney outfitters if you want to rent a canoe or kayak.

Rented canoes here through Killarney Provincial Park - the canoes were stored in the provincial park premises, but we just had to drive here to get the keys to unlock the canoe, get paddles, and bail kit. The canoes are good quality and everything went smoothly. The store contains a large variety of camping gear. Note that a lot of it is quite expensive compared to other retailers, but it is good for convenience I suppose. Make sure to try the ice cream as well, it was pretty good!
What a fun spot! They have all your outdoor gear needs. They have a canoe filled with spices you can grab a couple for your paddling trip.
Breathtaking and rugged landscape, pine scented paths of mossy granite and quartz, challenging 100km hiking trail dedicated to the memory of The Group of Seven artist - Franklin Carmichael and the swimming conditions are near perfect. I say near because of the water snake that made me scream my bloody head off. Interior campsites available for those who register travel routes.
We had campsites 6,7&8 (best campsites in the park)

Highly recommend except bring your own toilet paper for the outhouses!

Otherwise the neighbours were quiet and the experience was fun!

Great spot for kayak and canoe rentals. Tons of gear available to purchase. Ted always come through with advice on routes in the area and helping plan a great trip.
Went to rent canoes from here for Killarney Provincial Park. Came here for the key and the vests, paddles, etc. The canoes are right at the main beach of George Lake.

The store is full of camping gear and essential groceries. We loved the picnic tables and flowers outside. You may pick from their herbs outside with plastic bags provided. It was very neat.

The lady explained to us how the rental works and was really helpful. Rentals are per calendar day, and we dropped off our gear and key after hours. A man was still there and helped us buy some ice even when the store was already closed. I was truly grateful.

Overall, the rental went smoothly, and they went above and beyond for us, so they deserve 5 stars.

Killarney Outfitters, you made my visit to Killarney 10 times better. Thank you so much!
Incredibly beautiful and peaceful campground. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the Baby Moose (two!) On the highway leading up to the campground were magical!
My daughter and two grandsons and myself did a three day two night Philip Edward Island kayaking trip last week. Killarney Mountain Outfitters did a spectacular job outfitting us with everything required and then some. The meals were excellent and the campsite recommended on West Desjardins Bay was spectacular. I highly recommend their services!
This place is a true gem and in many ways better than the provincial park. Many sites right on the water.
Always beautiful and fun to hike this loop. I've done it with friends and solo, over 3 nights. Unfortunately this time I broke my ankle the first day. Stopped in a perfect makeshift campsite and got a heli out. I'll be back.
Nicest people we met in Killarney. They accomodate your needs and inquiry. The guy who handle the life vest and paddle is very Friendly and so with the lady from Brampton who works there who never left the area since March.
Absolutely beautiful, scenic and quiet. I could not recommend a better campground in Ontario. Vacation time well spent!!
Quiet campground in the fall. Note no showers, water and outhouses.
But the compromise is worth it. Do not take low rise vehicles in!

True professionals, kind, friendly and efficient. It was our second time booking an outfitting trip, made our experience seamless and fun. We will be back for sure.
Beautiful park; picked up canoe at Bell lake, for future notes that Killarney park offers canoes for $44 per day vs. Killarney outfitters at $50. Went all the way to David lake via Balsam lake, the 650 m portage is quite challenging with hills and terrain is rocky and uneven throughout, but the paddle overall is great.
Enjoy always the camping. Great hosts great place.
Wonderful spot to stay while visiting Killarney. I've stayed here twice now and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
We stayed 4 nights here and loved it.
It was on a rock on the lake.
Views, sunsets and nature was so beautiful.
There is no hydro or services but so peaceful.
10 minute walk to downtown Killarney and 10 minute drive to provincial park and trail entrances.
I would love to go back!
Camped here a couple of times. They have great spots and lots of privacy. The brother and sister ( Hal and Lois ) are very nice and super helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good camping experience
It's what I expected, and how I remember it.
Beautiful view, camped on the waters edge.

Great place to camp or RV but bring your own generator. There is water available and toilets.

One of my most favorite places.
Hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sunsets are gorgeous. The red rocks are stunning. A great place for tent campers. Trailers need to be on the smaller side and be able to Boondock/drydock
Beautiful, wild with friendly management but basic camp sites. Although there is a coin shower just few minutes away. Water front sites offer beautiful views, but be ware of snakes and frog near lake front sides. Saw plenty of garter snakes there. Also in George lake saw many brown snakes. Weather could be one reason.
Awesome campgrounds! Close to the village yet feels secluded. Water front on Killarney Bay and the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see. Great for families of all sizes!
Okay to be fair there was a rock festival of some sort in the village the night we stayed here and the party came back to the campsite afterwards. This is a family owned business and they genuinely seemed like nice people but we had the worst night sleep. We had arrived a night earlier then our booking at the provincial park and thought well this little campground had pretty good reviews and the proximity was walking distance to where we had dinner and some drinks. The owners were very apologetic the next day and because of that we would not cross out giving them another chance in the future just make sure nothing is going on in the area first for festivals.
Pretty location, very quiet, but know that there are no services whatsoever. Pit toilets, no showers, no electricity, carry out your garbage. And be sure to bring your own toilet paper too. The price wasn't overly high, but we would've appreciated at least some access to a shower, even if near the house.
Great spot about 10 min away from Killarney Provincial Park. Nice sites, affordable rates and friendly staff. Great spot to stay when Killarney is full.
