Stayed in one of their Glamping trailers for a week with my 2 daughters and husband. It was a fantastic campground, one of the bests we’ve ever been to. The staff were always cheerful and friendly. The showers were nice and warm. They hosted movies in the park, and kept a clean and safe environment for the kids. It was an absolutely incredible time. We hope to be back as it did NOT disappoint!! Thanks guys!!

Had a lovely time staying here for a weekend. The man at the front was super friendly and let us pick a different camping spot, which we were really happy with!

Beautiful family safe camp site, the staff are so down to earth and helpful. Took my wife and my boy for his first ever camping trip. Clean bathrooms , awesome semi truck brake discs for fire pits! 15 min walk to the river is down a great trail.

We had a fantastic time and will be returning.

Stayed here for four nights at spot 100 which is the spot closest to the front gate and may be perceived as less desirable. We loved it. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was in the mornings, all the vehicle traffic was respectful. Restrooms, showers and laundry were all clean and functional and 1$ for a ten minute shower is awesome. I felt like I was disturbing the young guy at the front desk way more than I should but he was always happy and accommodating and good to chat with. I highly recommend this campground.

The owner was so fun to chat with, loved hearing how he is running the campground. Beautiful sites.

It's a secret gem in the heart of Cedar.
Management & staff are absolutely 💯 accomodating.
The place has a wonderful friends and family atmosphere that will shape the memories you create here.
Unfortunately for myself, i was late in the season, and they still took me in for a brief stay.
Also, the lake is full of trout which i do plan to come back too and try my chances.

Tent sites are super sweet w nice forest with mossey overgrown fir trees and ferns. Nice and quiet. Beautiful lake just below campsites, with floating lily flowers and nice views.

Great lake for fishing and paddle boarding. There is no "beach", so don't plan to hang out on the shore. Just get in the water and have fun and then head back to your site and relax :)

I have not been here since I was a small child. The new management is working hard to restore the beauty of this campground that has been in the family since 1959. Lorne is the great grandson of the original owners, and we wish he and his wife all the best. This is such a beautiful opportunity for them to make it gorgeous and fully booked, we are envious!

A friendly welcome by staff, the grounds are well kept and plenty for children to keep occupied,including climbing frames to large fields for cycling, soccer ⚽️ etc. Some of the pitches are under alot of trees so shaded from the sun but also the warmth dependant on the day if good or bad. The showers are decent and hot but feel not enough toilets for size of campsite. There is a small shop at reception for basic items and refreshments. Good value camping and quiet 👍

Stayed here for 2 nights in our SUV, cute spot with a beautiful lake. Clean bathrooms, friendly caretaker/owner. Felt they were super accommodating 😄

Such a wonderful campsite. The owner is a very nice person she gave us access to the lake for only 5$. Good spot if you have canoe or kayak. Even if you don't have anything you can rent there or fish from the docks. Managed to fly my drone and get a few shots too. I was fishing but didn't catch anything but the lake was stocked.

We went here for a few days during the pandemic time. It is a paradise, very queit and nice. We spent one day separately, went to Gabriola Island and Hornby Island, and stayed in the camp for two days. Such a schedule is simply perfect——go out for a day and rest in the camp for a day.
The staffs are very friendly and patient. My family will camp there again.

Older couple that run it are so nice. Candy store for kids. Pound with cute frogs. River access to amazing river. It is a bit of a walk and goes uphill on way back but it's beautiful. Campsite sizes are OK. Some a bit small but bigger than many other rv places. Bathrooms have hot showers avail. Movie night on weekends is great. Easy to use website to reserve. No reservation fees. Sign up and get promos. Playground and grassy area to play. Dirt roads easy to travel with bikes.

I really needed a place to live after I got a job transfer until I can buy a home. The owners graciously squished me in for a month! Its a pretty and quiet site. I'm very happy here. Reception is on & off, but for camping, who cares? I wish they had room for me longer!
