I was told I needed to have an active Restraining Order to receive any assistance- and my now estranged mother was told over the phone to "come pick her up", when she called requesting advice about my upcoming eviction case.

My mother lives in rural North Carolina.

Would not recommend.

I had a negative experience with Blanca Santana. She was rude and negative.

She kept asking me the same questions over and over which I found to be rude and unprofessional.

I called for myself and whomever answered the phone was very rude and nasty towards me. I'm already going through a tough time trying to remain safe and to call to get some help or assistance from them to only have them raising their voice to tell me to call somewhere else because there at capacity. I well understand what your saying! I asked for other resources if they had any and she says no call else where! This broke my spirit hearing her speak to me in the manner she did.
