I reached out months in advance to get the registration process started for my kids but was constantly brushed off and told I would be contacted back - never was. I finally showed up in person and did all the paperwork but still could not reach anyone after that to finalize my registration. The lack of communication and disorganization scared me off and I have decided to take my children somewhere else. Also, you are not able to tour the facility - that was another big red flag for me. This place seems very understaffed and doesn’t seem worth the discounted price. I am still very disappointed that I wasted so much time trying to register. When I reached out to other centers in the area, I was able to schedule a tour and receive all the registration and pricing information right away. Registration at the other centers is all digital and super simple. Also, they answer the phone and don’t just put you in hold for 15 minutes! This center really needs to step it up and review their practices.

We started a few months ago and have been very happy with the staff and care of our infant so far! Everyone is very pleasant and shows genuine care for the kiddos. They have super flexible hours and are open 7 days a week! Perfect for Disney Cast members. Will be here for the foreseeable future :o)

This place will lose your child's things and make up excuses on where it went and won't reimburse you (sheets and bottles gone) Then on top of that, I have caught the teachers admitting using my son's diapers on the other children... no wonder why I have to bring in so many diapers in a week. And finally, some other child's parent took home my sons bin with his stuff in it due to the teacher not paying attention, wonderful.

We just recently moved here from TN. I’m currently a cast member. This is the only center that can accommodate my schedule. From day one I have had issues with this center. The bad attitudes, the lack of professionalism, and empathy is ridiculous. Thursday my son fell off the swing around 4 pm- 5 pm but I didn’t receive a call until after 9 pm that he had a small mark on his face. The two teachers that witness him fall did not report it or contact me. Here we are days later and he’s still complaining about his eye. He was not giving an ice pack or anything. All I got was an apology and that the teachers were verbally told the protocol. Shouldn’t they already know? I just hate this is the only place that accommodates our schedule because I’m not satisfied at all.

My son has been going here since he was 6 months old and he's 2 now. Socially he is ahead of the curve and he learns so much there. They really work with the kids, much more like a school than a daycare. They sing songs, read stories, learn table manners, potty train. Although I don't doubt the validity of the other reviews, I will say that they don't reflect my experience with the YMCA. The teachers may be overwhelmed with the (kinda) high class sizes, but you would never know based on how much my son flourishes there.
The office could be ran a little smoother. They are definitely over-whelmed with high demands, so stay on top of your paperwork and payments.

Will not take children on the autism spectrum. I fought for months to try to get my son in and even brought the doctor diagnoses that they asked for. I thought this was really unnecessary but since it was asked I brought anyways. I was told over and over they would review or call me back never did. Was told they would evaluate to see if it was a good fit. Early disappointing we can't even take our kids to a place like the YMCA anymore without facing outright discrimination@

We really wanted to love this place for our son and the image presented to us when we first had the tour, but this facility has failed us on more than one occasion. I won’t go into detail about everything that has happened but this last incident was mind blowing. Our son usually only goes once a week because of the level of uncomfort we have when leaving him there. Earlier this week the teachers in Cruisers mixed up my sons breast milk bottle with another moms breast milk. I’m not sure how this happened because we send our son with bottles that are labeled on the cap and on the actual bottles themselves. The teachers gave my son a full bottle of another moms milk and her excuse was that we were both using Dr.Browns bottles. I went to management right away and they assured us that this never happens and that there would be repercussions, but that was a lie. Absolutely nothing was done about this situation, the teachers were working the next day like nothing ever happened and no apology was ever given. The managers were of course very apologetic, but the teachers who I talked to every time I drop my son off didn’t have the decency or respect to reach out to me or show any type of sympathy. It felt like a big slap in the face after I found out that nothing was done and that the Disney YMCA allows this type of carelessness. I’m hoping to go above managements head and hopefully talk to someone from cooperate who will take me more seriously because this kind of thing shouldn’t be happening. PARENTS be very careful about sending your infant to the Cruisers classroom under the watch of Ericka and Rebecca.

Thought this would be a great day care being that it's on Disney property, but I was wrong. The board for the YMCA needs to check this place out and really reevaluate what kinds of service they can truely provide. I know my experience might be an outlier but it's still sad that I never felt at ease with leaving my child there. I could give details but I'm not writing a book for a review. Bottom line we found it best to tighten the belt some and have one of us stay at home so we don't need to worry about the quality of care. Sadly I still get emails a year after leaving here stating how my childs day went or what time my child was dropped off. (Big Red Flag!)
