Worst customer services I never met

Useless people, they put zero effort into helping those who really need them. A damn shame, they could be helping so many people.

Poor service, didn’t answer the call for 4 days and then told me that they couldn’t help me out

Same result as others disabled denied and I gave my ex their # to help us both.
Remember conflicts mean they are helping the ex.
A compassionate nonprofit would at minimum refer you out. Lesser say call bar association.
That action says it all!!

Im requesting change from conflicts to a #phone number to call. To close off help is very miserable.
Kind is kind caring is caring compassion is their actual mission and they failed that cause

I been dealing with Ms. Aguirre and she’s been patient and awesome. I grew a relationship with her helping me with my custody case which dragged on for 15 months. She was informative and a understanding with also being a mother. I couldn’t thank her enough for her urgency and dedication in helping me. I truly appreciate her!

Im disabled and they denied me services due to conflict of interest I cant afford an attorny I barly know how to use a computer BUT THERES NO WAY THERE IS A CONFLICT OF INTREST WHEN IM THE ONE FILING FOR DIVORCE. Im disabled not stupid.

Took someone there to get legal advice for a problem that is occurring. They seem friendly and the office is well kept. They get back to you promptly and a very courteous. Would recommend for anyone who qualifies for their assistance.
