We hired Home Perfection Contracting to renovate a portion of our house and build an addition. From the beginning, we were impressed with their attention to detail and it’s clear to anyone who has worked with them that work ethic is paramount, and this was no exception. The crew was friendly, trustworthy, and dependable. The owner and general contractor, Ahmad, was on site for major milestones, and would consistently stop by to view progress and for quality control. Each day tools were put away, work spaces were cleaned up, the floors were swept and everything was left neat and tidy. Nearly six years later, we are still grateful every day we chose Home Perfection to mange our renovation!

We found Excell Contractors through a friend of a friend and are grateful we did! Doing a kitchen and bath renovation in a condo requires an extra level of professionalism as you must worry not only about your own place, but that of your neighbors around you as well as a variety of condo rules and regulations. Excell managed it flawlessly! They were flexible, provided me with options that I could tweak throughout the project based on my budget, found solutions to tough problems in an old building, and showed a great pride in all their work. Excell Contractors delivered a superior renovation of the hallways and lobbies on several floors of our condominium building. Their team was extremely professional, responsive and responsible. We worked with Jeff Dubro and Lucia in 2018-early 2019 on the design and build of a major renovation of our first floor townhouse (removing a load-bearing interior wall to completely open up the space, redoing the entire kitchen, and creating a lovely built-in banquette seating area in the dining room). They were absolutely tremendous to work with at every step of the way. Their integrity and passion shows through in making sure that the design exactly met our needs and fit our budget before moving to the next step, that communication was transparent and clear throughout the construction process, and every member of their crew was truly a pleasure to have in our home. Any renovation of significant scale is disruptive, and Dubro really went above and beyond to make sure that the impact was minimized as much as humanly possible. And now for the work itself - their work is truly exquisite. We wake up every morning and are beyond thrilled to come down to our transformed home. After this experience, we would never consider anyone other than Dubro for any future projects.
