Joe and his team did an AMAZING job on our bathroom and staircase. We really appreciated how neat and respectful the entire team was with our home and how everyone went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the work. We are so thankful for all of the extra touches, like the care and attention that went into painting and reassembling a vintage hamper, repairing an extra light fixture (that wasn't even part of the project!), cleaning up our antique bathroom window and making it look good as new, etc. And the ventilation fan that Joe recommended is fantastic! And all of the work was 100% completed within the deadline, despite the design changes and setbacks! The staircase looks phenomenal. You can tell that so much care went into each and every step. These folks are the best!

Great service, great guys. Joe & his crew are terrific. They were all respectful of my home & my belongings throughout the project - covered everything everyday to protect from dust, etc & then removed it all & cleaned up at end of day , everyday! We installed mini split system, windows, doors, plus several other fixes & upgrades. The crew was here everyday -- on time, did their work (no loud music or chatter - how some do). Everyday cleanup, amazing.... I even added a few things on to the original job & all was completed flawlessly without issues or delays. My home looks great & the mini splits are outstanding, especially in this recent heat! Everything went great. Best contractor I have ever used. They ALL certainly take alot of pride in their work. Was a true pleasure working with Joe & his crew. Thank you Joe & crew at HHI !!

I was the architect on a home reno project with Hudson Home Improvement, and subsequently had them do a renovation for me personally. Joe was great to work with. Pricing was very reasonable, and quality of work was good. Also very importantly, Joe and his project manager were both very responsive and good at communicating with client and architect. This goes a long way towards making a project move forward smoothly. I will definitely work with them again.

Hudson Home Improvement remodeled my kitchen and pantry. I cannot say enough good things about them. From start to finish they were excellent. I got a detailed quote that was updated as things changed with the project. The crew doing the work was on time, efficient, clean, pleasant and did an excellent job. I worked with a number of contractors while I was redoing my kitchen. They had the easiest job of any of them, and they were by far the worst. Late, dishonest, poor quality work.

We knew the bathrooms in our rental unit needed a refresh but were trying to hold off for as long as possible. A bad leak that went into the apartment below gave us the push we needed. I spoke with Vas, and his team went to the apartment the next day to provide an estimate. His estimate was very fair. It included fixing the subfloor and remodeling one bathroom and a remodel of the second bathroom. Most importantly, he was willing to move quickly. We typically have 3 tenents that live in the unit- but had a 4 week period where there were only 2 people. Vas and his team began immediately with the first bathroom (leaving the second for the tenents to use). Everything went very smoothly, no surprises. He met me at the local HomeDepot to pick out tile, fixtures etc. and his team picked up all deliveries (which could have been tricky if they needed to be delivered to the apartment bulding). The first bathroom was completed in 2 weeks and they moved on to the second which was also completed in 2 weeks! His team was on-site everyday working and Vas would stop by multiple times each day to check in. Since we did not live at the property he provided daily updates. I highly recommend Vas for quality honest work. We will definitely be using him for future projects.

Ves and Vasko have been amazing to replace the floor in our Hoboken apartment. He took care of everything including the taking out the HVAC, Water heater to replace the floor. The leak was caused due to a building pipe issue and he resolved it quickly once we signed the contract. He is a gentleman and came out at 8.30 in the evening to help out with the tenants as they locked themselves out.

Amazing work! Quick, very responsive and great results. My fridge broke and the leak damaged the wooden floor around it. They suggested to replace the wood with ceramic tiles in the kitchen (wet) area and it turned out beautifully. I will definitely be using these guys in future. This is the sixth or seventh job that Hudson Home Improvement has done at my Bergen-Lafayette fixer-upper since 2015. On this project, they swiftly demolished and rebuilt a shower and replaced a toilet. All stages of the work were professionally and skillfully accomplished - demolition, plumbing and ventilation, tiling and painting. Again, only the latest in a series of jobs that Joe Shoback and Emil Slepak have nailed!
