today at 11 in the morning i took cappucino, it was extremely hot and i burned my tongue. i asked woman who made it which temperature it should be and she doesn't know. ok, what is she doing there if she doesn't know? you took someone out of the street and put to make coffee? she started to argue and was very rude. foam looked not creamy, had a hudge bubbles. the worse coffee ever, i could get much better from automat lol

Wir waren bisher 3x bei nespresso Europark, und jetzt war es das letzte mal.
Die ersten beiden Male wurden wir (Pärchen mit 2 kleinen Hunden) toll beraten, freundlich begrüßt und haben gerne dort eingekauft.
Heute wurden wir gebeten unsere Hunde vor der „Tür“ anzubinden, da sie scheinbar nicht erlaubt sind aus Lebensmittelhygienischengründen.
Wäre das so, würde es kein einziges Kaffee/Restaurant etc. geben in das Hunde dürfen. Einfach eine Frechheit wie schnell wir „abgestempelt“ wurden und wie unhöflich das Personal reagiert hat, als wir erwiderten wir wären die letzten Male auch mit Hunden dort gewesen.

I had the Refreshing strawberry drink. I loved it as it was not so sweet and as they call it, it was so refreshing to have it. Would be a perfect drink for Summer.

Very dirty. The tables are sticky. There are used cups in flower beds. As for the first visit to an establishment of this chain - impressions are negative.

Excellent SPA with saunas of all kinds! Delicious food in hotel restaurant. Breathtaking views from the rooms and the front yard!

TLDR: The best Nespresso shop in Salzburg.

Insider Tip: A really calm place in the Europark, suits for a little pause. You can come here, drink a cup of coffee and "hide" from the crowd of people easily.

Very nice treatment

Ich war am Freitag im Europark mit meinem Hund unterwegs und dachte ich hole auch gleich noch bei Nespresso Nachschub.

Als ich reinging machte mich ein Mitarbeiter freundlich darauf aufmerskam, das Hunde leider nicht in den Shop dürften, aber er mit mir mit vor den Shop geht für meine Bestellung.

Wir gingen raus, der freundliche Nesoresso-Mitarbeiter nahm meine Bestellung auf, ich bezahlte und bekam auch noch einen Cafe to go mit.

So herzlich wurde ich noch nirgends behandelt mit Hund!
